Abstract:Sustainable leadership is increasingly important for translating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into effective decision-making, yet research on sustainable leadership, SDG trade-offs and synergies, and multi-actor…
tor governance remains fragmented. This study integrates these perspectives to develop a unified framework for SDG-oriented decision-making. A structured integrative literature review was conducted using Scopus as the primary database, complemented by Google Scholar and backward citation searching, with emphasis on studies published between 2015 and 2026. The synthesis shows that sustainable leadership extends beyond environmental responsibility by combining long-term orientation, stakeholder accountability, multidimensional sustainability objectives, and adaptive learning. Effective SDG-oriented decision-making also requires explicit assessment of trade-offs and synergies and governance mechanisms capable of aligning actors with different interests, resources, knowledge, and authority. Based on these findings, the study proposes the Sustainable Leadership–SDG Decision Framework (SL-SDG Framework), consisting of Leadership Orientation, Stakeholder Alignment, Policy Prioritization, Trade-Off and Synergy Assessment, Collaborative Implementation, SDG Outcomes, and Adaptive Feedback. Illustrative applications across coastal management, fisheries, mangrove restoration, sustainable tourism, urban sustainability, and organizational settings indicate that the framework is context-flexible but process-consistent. The framework contributes by positioning sustainable leadership as an iterative decision process for managing both inter-objective and inter-actor complexity. Future research should empirically validate its components, indicators, and causal relationships across governance and sustainability contexts.

aphic by 18,727 individuals—a condition frequently exploited through grassroots channels for covert vote-buying. This research analyzes the application of the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) in the persuasive communication strategies employed by female election supervisors at Bawaslu to prevent vote-buying in the 2024 General Election. This study aims to: describe the forms of persuasive communication utilized by female supervisors; identify the media and communication channels employed; and analyze the effects of this persuasive communication in fostering anti-money politics awareness through the lens of ELM. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, using purposive sampling for informant selection. The findings indicate that the persuasive communication strategy combines interpersonal communication and informal small-group communication. Female supervisors applied identification techniques by shedding formal agency attributes and adapting their diction to everyday vernacular to diminish psychological distance with the community. The communication media comprised physical flyers creatively transformed into digital graphics and disseminated through digital interpersonal and social channels, specifically community WhatsApp groups (neighborhood units, Family Welfare Empowerment/PKK, and informal social gatherings/arisan). Based on the ELM analysis, this strategy successfully shifted the cognitive processing of community members toward the Central Route. A comfortable, nondistracting communication setting initially facilitated audience receptivity via the peripheral route, while clear substantive information regarding two-way criminal liability (penalizing both givers and receivers) functioned as high-quality arguments that heightened personal relevance and motivation. Reinforced by physical symbolic gestures rejecting vote-buying to lock in commitment, the application of ELM proved effective in fostering an autonomous, stable, enduring, and resistant moral stance against money politics.
Abstract:This study explores the application of Reality Therapy using the WDEP (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) technique to improve self-esteem among People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at the Panti Sosial Bina Insan Bangun…
Daya II in East Jakarta. As PLWHA often face stigma, rejection, and psychological distress, self-esteem becomes a crucial component for mental resilience and social reintegration. This quasi-experimental research employed a pre-test and post-test control group design, involving five selected participants diagnosed with HIV/AIDS aged 18 and above. The intervention consisted of ten group counseling sessions focusing on helping participants identify their goals, assess current behaviors, and plan realistic strategies for change. Self-esteem levels were measured using the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Pre-test results indicated low levels of self-esteem, with an average score of 31. Following the intervention, the post-test average rose to 48, signifying a 54% improvement and placing participants in the high self-esteem category. Qualitative observations during therapy sessions revealed significant behavioral transformations, including increased emotional regulation, social interaction, self-acceptance, responsibility, and future orientation. The findings demonstrate that Reality Therapy with WDEP is an effective, culturally adaptable approach to psychological rehabilitation in institutional settings. It not only enhances self-esteem but also empowers PLWHA to rebuild their sense of self-worth, establish supportive relationships, and envision a hopeful future. The study contributes to expanding evidence-based psychosocial interventions for marginalized populations in Indonesia.
Abstract:Climate change is increasingly recognized as a major driver of internal displacement, particularly in fragile states like Libya where environmental shocks intersect with political instability and weak governance. This study…
udy investigates how climate-induced internal displacement affects social cohesion in Libya’s coastal cities, focusing on Tripoli, Misrata, and Benghazi. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations involving internally displaced persons (IDPs), host community members, and local stakeholders. Findings reveal that environmental factors such as drought and flooding have forced vulnerable populations to migrate from Libya’s interior regions to urban coastal centers. These displacements have strained public services, exacerbated competition for resources, and led to growing tensions between displaced populations and host communities. Social trust, mutual support, and access to services have all been undermined, while IDPs often face legal invisibility, psychological stress, and marginalization. Despite these challenges, the research identifies promising local initiatives that have fostered integration and rebuilt social ties, including joint livelihood programs and inclusive municipal governance efforts. However, these efforts remain fragmented and unsustainable without broader policy support. The study concludes that to prevent further erosion of social cohesion, Libya must adopt a national legal framework to recognize and protect climate-displaced persons, strengthen municipal capacities, and integrate displacement considerations into urban planning and climate adaptation strategies. This article contributes to emerging literature on climate migration and urban resilience by providing grounded, context-specific insights into how environmental displacement reshapes the social fabric in post-conflict settings.

Abstract:This article aims to analyze the role of journalistic media in shaping the contemporary political landscape, focusing on its ability to manipulate and direct public opinion and policy. Considering the media's dominance in…
n agenda setting, this study highlights the urgency of understanding its broad influence on democracy and public policy. Journalistic media, which has transformed from a passive information provider to an active opinion shaper, plays a crucial role in this fast-paced and widespread information era. Therefore, a deep understanding of how media shapes political narratives is essential to maintaining the integrity of the democratic process. The methodology used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves the collection and analysis of data from previously published sources to build a comprehensive understanding of the media's role in politics. This approach allows for the identification of trends, challenges, and the broader impact of media on politics. Additionally, this study employs theoretical analysis by combining Media Dependency Theory and Agenda Setting Theory to examine how public dependence on media and media's power in setting the agenda influence political dynamics. The results of the study indicate that media often leverages its strategic position to direct public opinion, which can significantly impact election outcomes and public policy. The high public dependence on media for information makes the media a powerful tool in shaping the political agenda, often benefiting media owners or specific interest groups. Based on the findings and discussion, this article recommends the need for stricter media oversight and increased media literacy among the public to reduce bias and ensure that the media plays its role as an effective watchdog rather than a biased opinion shaper. These recommendations aim to support policies that promote transparency and integrity in journalism, ensuring that the media can continue to be a pillar of healthy democracy without compromising objectivity or accountability.

avel 13 based e-commerce platform integrated with performance monitoring and seller accountability mechanisms. Built using the Prototype model encompassing communication, planning, modeling, prototyping, and deployment phases the system utilizes MySQL for database management. Registered sellers can distribute unique referral codes to prospective sellers, with the system automatically recording these relationships to enable structured tracking of activities, product counts, store ratings, and access status of referred sellers. Functional testing conducted via a black-box approach demonstrated that the authentication, referral registration, dashboard, monitoring, order management, and store settings modules operated strictly according to specifications, achieving a 100% test case pass rate. The primary contribution of this research lies in shifting the referral paradigm from simple user acquisition to a peer-accountability framework that holds referring sellers responsible for the performance of their recruits, thereby mitigating the presence of unreliable sellers and fostering greater trust in the online shopping environment.
Abstract:Fashion sellers on TikTok Shop increasingly rely on live streaming marketing to engage Generation Z consumers, although how well this approach translates into repeat purchases remains underexplored, particularly the extent…
nt to which customer experience functions as a psychological link between the two. This study examines how live streaming marketing influences repurchase intention through customer experience as a mediating variable, focusing on Generation Z fashion consumers who use TikTok Shop in Makassar City. A quantitative design was applied, drawing on a purposive sample of 280 respondents, with data analyzed through SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4. Findings reveal that live streaming marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer experience, whereas its direct effect on repurchase intention is not significant. Customer experience, in turn, positively and significantly affects repurchase intention and fully mediates the link between live streaming marketing and repurchase intention. These patterns suggest that Generation Z consumers remain skeptical of direct marketing cues and instead give greater weight to personal experience quality when deciding to repurchase. The study extends the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework to the live commerce setting and offers practical guidance for sellers to redirect marketing efforts from promotional intensity toward building immersive, personalized shopping experiences.
