ntitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 58,3% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel bebas tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan sistem informasi dan peningkatan motivasi kerja menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan birokrasi daerah.

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei terhadap 150 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tabungan mahasiswa dengan t-hitung 6,640 > t-tabel 1,976 dan kontribusi 57%, sedangkan perencanaan keuangan juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan t-hitung 4,957 > t-tabel 1,976 dan kontribusi 53%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap tabungan mahasiswa dengan nilai F-hitung 130,357 > F-tabel 3,060 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 63%, serta diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 3,330 + 0,435X₁ + 0,251X₂. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik literasi dan perencanaan keuangan yang dimiliki mahasiswa, semakin besar pula kecenderungan mereka dalam membentuk perilaku menabung yang sehat dan terarah.

Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.

hami ketahanan ekologi-ekonomi masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara keanekaragaman tanaman dalam sistem agroforestri dan kontribusinya terhadap stabilitas ekosistem serta ketahanan ekonomi komunitas lokal di Desa Dulamayo Selatan, sekitar Hutan Pendidikan Universitas Gorontalo, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, kami menggabungkan analisis vegetasi kuantitatif melalui 9 plot dinamis (72 sub-plot) dengan survei sosial yang melibatkan 60 rumah tangga dan wawancara mendalam dengan 5 informan kunci, dengan penilaian menggunakan skala Likert (1-5). Analisis Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) menunjukkan dominasi spesies serbaguna, dengan Arenga pinnata (INP=113,72), Lansium parasiticum (INP=68,8), dan Aleurites moluccanus (INP=48,45) menjadi komponen kunci dalam sistem agroforestri lokal. Komunitas lokal menilai tinggi jasa ekosistem dari sistem agroforestri, khususnya penyediaan air bersih (4,4/5) dan mitigasi bencana alam (4,2/5). Analisis regresi menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kesadaran lingkungan dan manfaat ekonomi (R²=0,72), mengindikasikan bahwa kesadaran ekologis dan keuntungan ekonomi dapat bersinergi dalam pengelolaan agroforestri. Preferensi terhadap spesies serbaguna mencerminkan strategi adaptif untuk memaksimalkan manfaat dari sumber daya lahan yang terbatas, sambil menjaga keanekaragaman hayati dan fungsi ekosistem. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya mengintegrasikan kesadaran ekologis ke dalam program pengembangan agroforestri dan menyoroti potensi diversifikasi spesies untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekologi sekaligus stabilitas ekonomi pada komunitas yang bergantung pada hutan.

uses saturated sample which involves twelve teachers. The data is gathered by observation, questionnaires with five possible answers on a Likert scale score choice form that are distributed to twelve teachers, and documentation as a supplementary method. The data is analyzed using a straightforward linear regression test that includes Spearman rank correlation and the determination coefficient test, t test, or partial test, and F test, or simultaneous test. According to the study's findings, (H_0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, indicating a strong and positive relationship between the aspects of teacher discipline and the quality of teaching and learning process. This is supported by the Spearman rank correlation coefficient value of 0.6137. Based on the R Square value of 0.517 obtained from the simple linear regression test, there is a 51.7% impact of the teacher discipline aspects on the quality of teaching and learning process. The results of the t test shows that the variable aspects of teacher discipline have a significant impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process (t value (3.269) > t table (1.812) with a significance of 0.008 <0.05), and the results of the F test shows that the F value is 10.683 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05.

The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.
