Analysis of The Competitiveness of Indonesian Rubber Exports in The Market International

Abstract: The object of this study is to know the competitiveness of Indonesian rubber and articles  thereof (HS 40) export in international market, also the rivals (China and Thailand) by using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA)… A) to analyze the comparative advantage and Export Product Dynamic (EPD) to analyze the competitive advantage. The result shows that Indonesia has a comparative advantage and specializes in rubber and articles  thereof (HS 40) export above the average of countries’ based on RCA value, but this  commodity is not competitive in capturing the international market based on EPD value.  This study also finds the weakness of the RCA method that has been unable to identify the relative productivity (comparative advantage) of country. We underlined that RCA valuein this study is not absolutely shows the strength/weakness of the countries.

The Effect of Training Programs on the Employee Achievment at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar I Region

Abstract: This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach.… ch. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

The Influence of Product Quality, Price & Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Palekko Sidenreng Eating Houses in Sidrap District

Abstract: This research aims to determine the partial influence of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents.&#8230; pondents. The results of the research show that service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, based partially on the calculation results that the t-calculated value of the product quality variable is ( 6.435), the t-calculated value of the price variable is (3.223) and the t-calculated value of the service quality variable (3.752) is greater than the t-table value (1.660) and the sig value of all variables is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, service quality, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Palekko Sidenreng Restaurant in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The calculation results show that the F-count value = 30,946 is greater than the F-table value = 2.70 (30,946 > 2.70) and significance value = 0.000 (smaller than α = 0.05). (0.000 < 0.05).

Influence of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Timezone

Abstract: Contemporary society's life is very dependent on entertainment. Some people choose to spend their free time in malls or shopping centers because of limited time and increasing busyness. One of these family entertainment&#8230; centers is Timezone, which has outlets in several malls in Makassar city, such as Ratu Indah Mall, Panakkukang Mall, and Nipah Mall. And we focused our research on Timezone Mall Panakkukang. Timezone needs to improve itself to improve the quality of product so that customers are satisfied and can survive the competition. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method and distributes surveys to Timezone customers. The type of data used is primary data. This research used a non-purposive sample, with a sample size of 50 people. To test survey data for validity and effectiveness using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression it means that variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (product price) have no effect on variable Y (customer satisfaction timezone).

Development of Innovative Packaging Design for Madura Cassava Chips to Improve Product Competitiveness

Abstract: This research aims to develop the design and packaging of Madurese Cassava Chips products at Mrs X's UMKM. The research method used is a research and development model using the ADDIE model. The sample used in this study&#8230; totalled 55 respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire sheet in the form of a google form. There are validation results from design experts and business practitioner experts, which are very feasible. The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it was found that there were differences in product packaging design on the competitiveness of Mrs X's MSMEs before and after developing the Madura Cassava Chips product packaging design. Based on the results that have been obtained, the development of the Madura Cassava Chips product design and packaging is very feasible to use

The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Work Productivity at Tompobulu District Office, Gowa District

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu&#8230; lu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)&#8230; PI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). Business location feasibility variables, social media advertising and product innovation simultaneously affect the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)

The Effect of Celebrity Endorsement on Repurchase Intention With Brand Attitude, Brand Credibility, and Brand Image as Intervening Variables on Product Somethinc

Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.&#8230; ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

Implementation of Maslahah in Islamic Financial Institutions for UMKM Actors in Makassar City

Abstract: Financing is a provider of funding facilities to meet the needs of parties who are deficit units. This research was conducted to analyze the financing system of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors in Makassar&#8230; assar City and to analyze the benefits of UMKM actors in Makassar City through Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar financing. The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.
