Abstract: The hospitality sector is one of the impacted industries, as it is closely connected to the tourism sector by providing lodging for tourists. However, there have been some favourable effects, such as the establishment of… Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi in reaction to the pandemic scenario. Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi employees depart for financial, professional, and outside experience reasons. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi has to strengthen work culture, interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates, and employee skill development.

The result of study obtained information about the type of taxes paid by SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, namely Value Added Taxes and Income Taxes. At the SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, transparency in the use of taxes in scholl is making accountability reports. The school treasure makes transparent accountability reports related to the use of tax funds in detail to interested parties. In order to comply with applicable tax regulatioms, SMAN 13 Surabaya several things, namely; [1] understand the applicable tax regulations in the school area; [2] identify relevant tax liabilities; [3] conduct tax planning to minimize the tax burden as much as legally possible; [4] register as taxpayer; [5] collect and make timely payment of taxes; [6] conduct tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.

This study sheds… s light on the techniques, processes, and issues that are involved with judicial review in relation to administrative acts. It does so by conducting a comprehensive analysis of judicial decisions, legal precedents, and legislative frameworks. The paper provides an in-depth analysis of the development of judicial review in Indonesia, following its historical progression and analysing the current state of affairs. Through an in-depth analysis of administrative decisions, it examines the role that the court plays in ensuring that administrative procedures are valid, preserving a system of checks and balances, and protecting fundamental rights. The impact of judicial review on administrative institutions and the legal landscape is also investigated in this study. Particular attention is paid to the role that judicial review plays in promoting openness, accountability, and adherence to the rule of law for administrations. The purpose of this research is to give useful insights into the efficient operation of Indonesia's administrative governance and the improvement of justice in administrative procedures. This is accomplished by casting light on the junction between judicial review and administrative law.

Impact Of Industrial Area Development on National and Regional Economies In Indonesia: Case Study And Policy Implications Post-Pandemic

Abstract: This study examines the complex consequences of industrial area development on both the national and regional economies of Indonesia, with a specific focus on the interaction between these two domains. This research employs… oys a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

The Influence of Intrinsic Motivation and Quality of Work Life on Employee’s Performance of Production Units of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makasar, South Sulawesi.

The sample in this… this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

This study explores Gojek's proficient use of digital channels and social media to drive consumer engagement. By analyzing consumer behavior and preferences, the study explains how Gojek tailors its marketing messages to resonate with diverse target audiences. In addition, this study examines the role of strategic partnerships and collaborations in strengthening Gojek's market presence and attracting new consumers. Furthermore, the study explores the impact of innovative features and services introduced by Gojek, such as loyalty programs and seamless user interfaces, on customer acquisition and retention. The study identifies the critical role of data analytics in shaping personalized marketing campaigns that appeal to specific consumer segments. The findings from this study contribute to a broader understanding of effective marketing and communication strategies in technology-based service industries. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Dengan diadakanya program penugasan santri OSDC di unit usaha, terdapat beberapa hal yang menunjang kemandirian serta pengetahuan yang bersumber dari program penugasan yang diberikan tersebut. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang ada bersumber dari eksternal serta internal unit usaha, Faktor pendukungnya antara lain adanya dukungan berupa motivasi dari wali kamar, guru-guru serta pembimbing bagian, faktor penghambatnya adalah masih adanya sifat ketergantungan antara santri kepada orang tua  

Evaluasi Program Imunisasi Anak di Wilayah Pedesaan Tantangan dan Solusi

Abstract: Program imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang kompleks, termasuk akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan, kurangnya tenaga kesehatan yang terlatih, dan faktor sosial-budaya. Penelitian ini… ni bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tantangan utama dalam implementasi program imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan serta untuk mengidentifikasi solusi yang memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif berdasarkan studi pustaka yang relevan dengan topik ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa akses terbatas terhadap layanan kesehatan merupakan hambatan utama dalam program imunisasi anak di pedesaan. Jarak yang jauh antara pemukiman penduduk dengan fasilitas kesehatan, kurangnya infrastruktur kesehatan, dan transportasi yang tidak memadai mempersulit orang tua untuk membawa anak-anak mereka untuk divaksinasi secara teratur. Kurangnya tenaga kesehatan yang terlatih juga menjadi tantangan serius dalam implementasi program imunisasi. Banyak desa yang tidak memiliki jumlah petugas kesehatan yang memadai untuk memberikan layanan imunisasi kepada masyarakat. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas kesehatan tentang imunisasi juga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Faktor sosial dan budaya juga memengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam program imunisasi. Kepercayaan, mitos, dan praktek budaya lokal seringkali memengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam mengimunisasi anak-anak mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan komunikasi yang sensitif dan berbasis budaya dalam mensosialisasikan program imunisasi. Berbagai solusi yang memungkinkan telah diidentifikasi, termasuk memperkuat infrastruktur kesehatan, meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan, dan melibatkan komunitas secara aktif dalam program imunisasi. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini secara holistik dan berkelanjutan, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan cakupan imunisasi anak di wilayah pedesaan dan meningkatkan kesehatan anak-anak secara keseluruhan.

Kendala Guru SMPN 2 Dompu  dalam Desain Modul dan Asesmen Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract: Research on the constraints of teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu in module design and assessment of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is very important to carry out because… ause one of the important aspects of the independent curriculum is P5. This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Recommendations from the results of this research are (1) the Dompu Regency Youth and Sports Education Office must provide training related to P5 module design and P5 Assessment to teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu, (2) Principals must collaborate with campus or external parties to conduct training for teachers.
