The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.
International cooperation, such as with the State of Neuvo Leon-Mexico, shows efforts to expand investment networks and global market visibility, with an evaluation of the benefits and costs required. Promotional activities such as seminars on investment strategies focus on strengthening regional branding and effective promotional techniques. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive analysis of marketing mix elements in the context of investment promotion as well as recommendations for continuous adaptation according to market changes. These findings provide new insights for the development of more effective investment marketing communication strategies in the future.

Metode penelitian menggunakan kombinasi ceramah, tanya jawab, dan wawancara untuk menggali kesiapan calon suami menghadapi kehidupan pernikahan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 15 November 2024 melalui aplikasi zoom meeting dengan melibatkan calon suami istri Polri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling pranikah efektif membantu calon suami Polri memahami tantangan pernikahan, meliputi manajemen profesional, tanggung jawab keluarga, dan komunikasi efektif. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa konseling pranikah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mempersiapkan calon suami istri Polri menghadapi kompleksitas kehidupan rumah tangga, berpotensi menurunkan risiko perceraian dan meningkatkan kualitas hubungan pernikahan.

This is done based on the consideration of relatively fast hang times and relatively cheap costs, then the sampling method uses Accidental Sampling, Accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is considered that the person who happened to meet is suitable as a source of data. From the results of this study shows that the value of t-count obtained is 8.204 and t-table 1.661 it can be seen that t-count is greater than t-table (8.204 > 1.661) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be explained that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a value I of 0.644 and a value of coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.641 which means the influence of brand image variables (x) on the purchase decision variable (y) is 64.1% while the remaining 35.9% is explained by other factors or variables that are unknown and not included in this study.

It helps people to understand, feel, and care about others, even if it is sometimes hard. The novel tells the story of Kate Adam and Ben Mackenzie, who are liberal and conservative Senate staffers, respectively, and who fall in love despite their ideological differences and professional rivalry. The article analyzes how the novel depicts the challenges and benefits of empathizing with a romantic partner who has opposing political views, and how empathy contributes to the development and maintenance of consummate love. Then, it concludes that the novel offers a hopeful and realistic message that consummate love can bridge the political divide, as long as the partners are willing to empathize with each other and respect their differences.

Sistem pendidikan Indonesia menghadapi beberapa tantangan, khususnya di bidang kurikulum. Salah satu permasalahan utamanya adalah tidak adanya keselarasan antara kurikulum dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara keterampilan yang diajarkan di sekolah dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar tenaga kerja. Selain itu, sistem pendidikan telah dikritik karena penekanannya yang berat pada hafalan dan hafalan, yang dipandang sebagai penghalang pengembangan pemikiran kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah di kalangan siswa.

Namun, penerapan Kurikulum baru menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk pelatihan guru yang tidak memadai, kurangnya sumber daya, dan penolakan dari pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini diakhiri dengan menyoroti perlunya upaya berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberhasilan penerapan Kurikulum baru dan memaksimalkan potensi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.
Abstract
This article provides an overview of the history of curriculum reform in Indonesia, the current state of the curriculum, the process of curriculum reform, and the challenges and implications of implementing the new Curriculum. The article argues that curriculum reform is crucial for Indonesia's education system to meet the needs of its students and prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century.
The Indonesian education system has been facing several challenges, particularly in the area of curriculum. One of the main issues is the lack of alignment between the curriculum and the needs of the workforce, resulting in a mismatch between the skills taught in schools and those required by the labor market. Moreover, the education system has been criticized for its heavy emphasis on rote learning and memorization, which has been seen as a barrier to the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
To address these challenges and improve the quality of education in Indonesia, there have been multiple attempts to reform the curriculum over the years. The most recent curriculum reform, the 2013 Curriculum, aims to improve the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the workforce, promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and equip students with the skills required for the 21st century.
However, the implementation of the new Curriculum has faced several challenges, including inadequate teacher training, lack of resources, and resistance from stakeholders. The article concludes by highlighting the need for continued efforts to ensure the successful implementation of the new Curriculum and maximize its potential impact on the quality of education in Indonesia.

Initially, the total of 146 articles from various research databases ranging from the year 2018 to 2021 were downloaded. However, 35 articles were reviewed from the total articles downloaded and selected as the study sample size by meeting the title, abstract and contents criteria. Furthermore, the results of this study employed systematic literature review (SLR) to explain in details why CBDC should be chosen and how it supersede the traditional physical currency based on individual and organizational perspectives. The study assesses the roles of CBDC based on three parameters such as features, perceived benefits and challenges of both CBDC and Physical Currency. It also revealed that CBDC can replaces the use of physical currency depends only on how people, businesses perceive the features, benefits (better allocation, accessibility, interest bearing, convertibility and cost reduction) and possible challenges (reverse of the benefits) associated with CBDC compare to it counterpart.

Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.
