The result of this research is that the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generali, when implemented in certain cases, can have an expanded meaning. The first meaning is that specific laws override general laws, while the expansion of the intended meaning in a particular case can be interpreted as the textual suitability of the law and the case that occurred.

a, kedua perawat memberikan tekanan pada dada pasien dengan posisi lengan tidak lurus, satu perawat lainnya melakukan penekanan dada dan bantuan pernafasan dengan siklus: 30 kali tekan dada dan 1 kali nafas buatan (1 siklus). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dianalisisnya hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat tentang BLS dalam pelaksanaan primary survey pada pasien gawat darurat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Madani Palu. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analitik meggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 31 orang. Sampel berjumlah 31 sampel, dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji fisher’s exact test, dengan variabel independen pengetahuan dan sikap, variabel dependen pelaksanaan primary survey. Sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang BLS yaitu 22 orang (71%), sikap yang baik tentang BLS yaitu 21 orang (67,7%). Sebagian besar terampil dalam pelaksanaan primary survey yaitu 23 orang (74,2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang BLS dengan pelaksanaan primary survey (p-value = 0,000), ada hubungan antara sikap tentang BLS dengan pelaksanaan primary survey (p-value = 0,000). Simpulan dari penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang BLS dengan pelaksanaan primary survey di RSUD Madani Palu. Disarankan perawat memperhatikan waktu dan kondisi yang tepat untuk memberikan implementasi keperawatan terapeutik selama pasien menjalani perawatan sehingga tercipta lingkungan yang kondusif untuk saling mendukung dalam pelaksanaan primary survey yang lebih baik di IGD RSUD Madani.

Kajian ini ditujukan guna merancang serta membangun Sistem Posyandu Pintar berbasis web yang mendukung pengelolaan data secara digital serta terintegrasi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka. Sistem dilakukan pengembangan memakai framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, serta Bootstrap menjadi antarmuka pengguna. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem yang dibangun bisa membantu kader Posyandu mengelola data balita, lansia, kader, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan secara lebih cepat dan akurat, sekaligus memudahkan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Hasil pengujian juga mengindikasikan tiap fitur utama, meliputi login, tambah data, ubah data, hapus data, serta cetak laporan, berfungsi selaras keperluan pengguna.
Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) is a public health service that plays a crucial role in monitoring the health of pregnant women, toddlers, and the elderly. However, data management at Posyandu Puspa Indah 2 in South Tangerang City is still done manually using register books and Health Cards (KMS). This slows down the recording and retrieval process and risks errors and data loss. This reserach was conducted to design and develop a web-based Posyandu Pintar system that facilitates integrated and digitalized data management. The research utilized observation, interviews, and literature review as the primary data collection methods. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system, and Bootstrap for interface design. The results demonstrate that the system effectively supports Posyandu cadres in managing toddler data, the elderly, cadres, and health checks more quickly and accurately, while simplifying the automated reporting process. Testing results show that all key features, such as logging in, adding data, editing data, deleting data, and printing reports, function well according to user needs.

The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were 40 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sample, the respondents in this study were 40 contract employees, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data processing technique used the SPSS version 21 program. The analytical method used was the classical assumption test (Test Normality, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination. There are various public complaints submitted through the mass media as evidence that the implementation of services to the community cannot be carried out optimally, giving rise to a bad image of government officials.This study aims to find out how the quality of service provided by the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office to the public when applying for a Driving License (SIM) C is based on the use of theory from Parasuraman et al. (1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.
