n of several areas and submerging hundreds of residents' houses in 22 villages or sub-districts and 7 sub-districts in Manado. In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. In some cases, harsh legal crackdowns on narcotics have led to human rights violations, such as arbitrary arrest and detention, as well as the use of force by security forces. On the other hand, some countries have tried alternative approaches, including decriminalization or legalization of narcotics, with the aim of reducing the negative impact on individuals. This research uses a normative approach. The conclusion from this research is that it is important to maintain a balance between efforts to prevent and handle narcotics with protecting individual human rights. Effective implementation of narcotics policies must take into account the basic rights of individuals and seek to reduce negative social impacts. This research underlines the need for a holistic and sustainable approach in dealing with narcotics issues without compromising human rights

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi donasi adalah praktik timbal balik berdasarkan kewajiban memberi, menerima, dan membalas. Donasi diberikan dalam bentuk uang, barang, atau tenaga sebagai dukungan kepada penyelenggara perayaan pernikahan. Tradisi ini tidak hanya berfungsi meringankan beban ekonomi, tetapi juga memperkuat solidaritas dan memperkuat jaringan sosial antar warga. Mekanisme respons yang tertunda membuat hubungan timbal balik berlangsung secara berkelanjutan. Keberlanjutan tradisi donasi dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan turun-temurun, hubungan kekerabatan, serta kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. ubjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dari 46% pada pra-siklus menjadi 71% pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 89% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model PjBL terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi dekomposisi bilangan.

caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5%.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adaah rendahnya minat belajar siswa yang disebabkan kurangnya inovasi guru daam menerapkan model pembelajaran, sehingga masih dominan menggunakan metode ceramah. Jenis penelitian ini adaah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasiona. Popuasi penelitian adaah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Uuan yang berjumlah 31 orang, sekaigus dijadikan sampel dengan teknik tota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup dengan skaa Likert. Variabel bebas (X) adaah implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar, sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adaah minat belajar siswa. Anaisis data menggunakan uji vaiditas, reliabilitas, uji normaitas, koefisien korelasi, uji signifikansi, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar berada pada kategori sangat berpengaruh, demikian pua minat belajar siswa juga berada pada kategori sangat berpengaruh. Uji korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,43 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 18,5%, yang berarti implementasi model pembelajaran Tos Gambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Dengan demikian dapat disimpukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Tos Gambar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Uuan.

est-posttest design. The sample of this study was all students of class III of UPTD SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 25 people. The research instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test instrument, the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Data from the initial conditions before the treatment was carried out until after the treatment was carried out showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Before the treatment, the average score was 68 and after the treatment, the average score was 84. It can be concluded that the student learning outcomes before the treatment were given were still not reaching the KKTP, namely 25 students (100%) and after the treatment, student learning outcomes increased, namely 26 students (100%) had scores above the KKTP. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 0.05 and a t table of 2.060, the calculated t is 11.238. Thus, t count > t table 11.238 > 2.060, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Quiziz-based interactive media on Civics learning outcomes in grade III at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar
