Abstract: Green management has become a crucial element in modern corporate strategies to achieve competitive advantage while supporting environmental sustainability. This study analyzes the implementation of five key segments of… green management: greening of products, processes, workplaces, communities, and workforce. Case studies of global companies such as Samsung, Patagonia, and IKEA demonstrate that integrating green strategies not only reduces environmental impact but also enhances operational efficiency, innovation, and customer loyalty. The findings affirm that green management is a strategic investment that yields long-term benefits, particularly in attracting sustainability-focused investors. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of synergy between the private sector, government, and society in achieving inclusive economic growth aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals

Logistics Distribution Perspective in the Fisheries Sector to Support West Sulawesi's Readiness as a Supporting Region for the New Capital City

Abstract: The study aims to explore the logistics distribution perspective in the fisheries sector of West Sulawesi. It focuses on supporting the region's readiness as a supporting area for the new National Capital (IKN) by examining… ing government policies, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain management in the fisheries sector. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. It provides an original perspective on how regional policies and infrastructure development can support national capital projects and meet food supply demands while promoting sustainable practices in the fisheries industry

Abstract: Global challenges such as economic inequality and environmental degradation have heightened the urgency of implementing sustainable business practices, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector.… tor. In the North Coast region of East Java, MSMEs face unique challenges, including limited access to entrepreneurship education and insufficient government support. This study examines strategies for collaboration between the government and MSMEs, integrating entrepreneurship education to support sustainable development, aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of entrepreneurship education within public-private partnerships to enhance MSME sustainability while addressing local socio-economic issues. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study involves in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME entrepreneurs, government officials, and educators in the region. The findings indicate that effective collaboration among stakeholders fosters innovation, strengthens MSME resilience, and promotes environmentally-friendly business practices. However, challenges remain in policy implementation and resource distribution. The implications of this research highlight the importance of institutionalizing entrepreneurship education within government programs and strengthening public-private collaboration. These steps can serve as a model for other regions to simultaneously drive economic growth and sustainability, contributing to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030

Abstract: Individuals with disabilities are often marginalized in accessing entrepreneurship education, limiting their economic opportunities. This study explores the development of digital literacy-based entrepreneurship education strategies for individuals with disabilities in Mojokerto. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. The study underscores the need for a technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum and digital literacy training, to provide more inclusive and empowering opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting SDGs on social and economic inclusion

Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa has significantly transformed the company’s HR operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness across various HR functions. Located… cated in Makassar, PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, a major player in the cement manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing its large and diverse workforce, including slow recruitment processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and inefficient data management. To address these challenges, the company adopted cloud-based HR management systems, automated recruitment tools, and performance management software, allowing for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. This study demonstrates how digital tools can optimize HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve organizational performance. The success of PT. Microfinance Institutions Performance and Economic Growth In Cambodia: an Advanced Econometric Analysis

Abstract: This study examines the impact of Microfinance Institutions' (MFIs) performance on economic growth in Cambodia, using annual panel data from 62 MFIs for the period 2017–2023. Employing advanced econometric techniques, the… the findings reveal nuanced relationships between key indicators of MFI performance and GDP growth. Notably, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) show an unexpected positive relationship with GDP growth, highlighting the Cambodian microfinance sector's resilience in mitigating adverse effects through sustained economic activity. Inflation is also positively associated with GDP growth, suggesting that moderate inflation can drive economic expansion, though careful management is necessary to avoid destabilization. Conversely, the study finds a negative relationship between the number of MFIs and GDP growth, indicating potential inefficiencies from sector oversaturation. Lastly, a positive link between Return on Equity (ROE) and GDP growth underscores the importance of profitability in ensuring financial stability and economic development. The findings emphasize the need for policy measures to manage sector growth, maintain moderate inflation, and enhance MFI profitability for sustainable economic progress in Cambodia.   Keywords: Microfinance Institutions (MFIs); Cambodia; Economic Growth.

Abstract: The culinary industry in Indonesia has witnessed a surge in the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in recent years. These enterprises, known as culinary MSMEs, have played a pivotal role in the country's economic… omic development. To remain competitive in the dynamic market, these MSMEs need to embrace innovative and creative strategies that can drive their growth and sustainability. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. To address these challenges, collaboration with external parties, such as the government, research institutions, and universities, can be a crucial step in enhancing the innovation capabilities of these enterprises.

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is likely to have a significant impact on marketing strategies and customer behaviors in the years ahead. Research in this field has grown considerably, demonstrating AI's ability to simulate human… n behavior and perform tasks intelligently. With growing interest among marketing researchers and practitioners, this research aims to provide an overview of the evolution of both marketing and AI research fields. This paper explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in personalized engagement marketing, which focuses on creating, communicating, and delivering customized offerings to customers. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review technique, we examined over 300 academic articles to uncover prevalent themes and gain a deeper understanding of current AI utilization in marketing. We then propose a plan for future research that examines potential changes in marketing strategies and customer behaviors while emphasizing critical policy considerations related to privacy, bias, and ethics. The implications for marketing managers are discussed along with predictions about how AI will impact branding and customer management practices going forward. Our research highlighted several benefits of integrating AI into marketing such as improved customer interactions, increased revenue, reduced expenses, and enhanced overall efficiency. However, this research also pointed out areas requiring further investigation including challenges posed by AI integration like shortage of skilled personnel and data privacy concerns.
