stment requirements. This condition requires companies to manage their finances effectively, making financial ratio analysis important in evaluating corporation performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of activity ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios on the financial performance of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The data used are secondary data obtained from financial statements. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with 18 companies over a three-year period, resulting in 54 observations. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS. The independent variables include activity ratio (TATO), liquidity ratio (CR), and solvency ratio (DER), while the dependent variable is financial performance (ROE). The outcome show that partially, the activity ratio does not have a substantial effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, liquidity and solvency ratios have a negative and substantial effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, all three ratios have a substantial effect on financial performance. These findings indicate that financial performance is influenced by asset management, the ability to meet obligations, and capital structure.
Abstract:The rapid growth of digital technology and e-commerce has transformed consumer behavior, particularly in online beauty product purchases. This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic Branding, Influencer Marketing,…
, and Flash Sale on online shopping decisions for Wardah beauty products on Shopee. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 respondents in Makassar who had purchased Wardah products online. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results indicate that Islamic Branding, Influencer Marketing, and Flash Sale each have a positive and significant effect on online shopping decisions. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 51% to consumer purchasing decisions, showing that a combination of religiosity-based branding, social influence, and urgency-driven promotion effectively encourages consumer purchases. The findings suggest that integrating Islamic values with digital marketing strategies enhances consumer trust and purchase intention in the halal beauty market.
Abstract:The rapid development of digital financial technology has significantly transformed investment activities by providing easier access to financial markets through digital investment applications. This study aims to explore…
e the perceptions and experiences of beginner investors in making investment decisions in the digital era. Using a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological perspective, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with beginner investors who actively use digital investment applications. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes related to investors’ experiences and decision-making processes. The findings reveal that investment decision-making among beginner investors is influenced by several interconnected factors, including the accessibility and usability of digital investment platforms, the influence of social media and online communities, the development of financial literacy, and psychological experiences related to investment gains and losses. Digital investment applications play a crucial role in lowering barriers to market participation by providing user-friendly interfaces and accessible financial information. However, reliance on social media as a source of investment information may also expose investors to misinformation and speculative investment behavior. In addition, emotional responses such as confidence, fear, and uncertainty often influence investment decisions among beginner investors. Overall, the study highlights that investment decision-making in the digital era is a multidimensional process shaped by technological accessibility, social influence, financial knowledge, and psychological factors. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of investor behavior in digital financial environments and emphasize the importance of financial education and responsible investment practices.

igital competencies function as a critical mechanism shaping labor productivity, innovation capacity, and economic performance. Using cross-sectoral data and workforce survey evidence, the study analyzes the extent to which digital skills contribute to workforce adaptability and organizational efficiency. The findings reveal that higher levels of digital literacy significantly enhance workforce development by improving skill alignment, fostering innovation, and increasing competitiveness across industries. At the macro level, these improvements translate into measurable contributions to economic growth through productivity gains and structural transformation. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration among educational institutions, industry, and government in designing integrated digital literacy programs. Such coordinated efforts are essential to ensure sustainable skill development and long-term economic resilience. This research contributes to the literature by providing an integrated perspective that explicitly links digital literacy to both workforce development and macroeconomic outcomes, offering practical implications for policymakers and stakeholders in shaping inclusive and sustainable growth strategies.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the interpretations, behaviors, and preferences of gold investment among civil servants (PNS) of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government in facing economic volatility and inflation. Using a descriptive…
scriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with 13 informants consisting of active civil servants, retirees, and financial practitioners, supported by secondary data analysis. The results show that PNS interpretations of gold are multidimensional, namely as an effective life buffer and hedge against inflation, as well as an instrument for fulfilling cultural obligations (uang panai' and siri'). This study found a transformation in investment behavior from gold jewelry to gold bars and digital savings, driven by mental accounting mechanisms through payroll deduction systems to discipline spending. In conclusion, the local culture of Bugis-Makassar interacts dynamically with modern financial literacy, creating a hybrid investment pattern supported by sharia compliance and the integration of regional banking technology.

emphasizing the real interaction between demand and supply as a factor that affects the market balance at the regional level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of demand and supply on the balance of the consumer goods market in Makassar. This study adopts a quantitative approach by using primary data from 250 respondents, consisting of 200 consumers and 50 traders with questions using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis is carried out with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25, as well as involving validity testing, reliability and classic assumption testing. Research findings show that the demand and supply variables have a positive and significant effect on the market balance with an Adjusted R² of 0.285. Together, the two variables explain 28.5% variation in market balance. This result shows that the increase in demand and the availability of the supply of consumer goods are the key to maintaining price stability in the local market.

s is to assess the extent to which these factors influence executive performance within the context of Islamic microfinance institutions. Employing a quantitative, explanatory design, primary data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM–PLS) with SmartPLS. The study population consists of executive officers of BPRS in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, 121 responses were obtained from multiple BPRS across several regions. The results show that (1) competence has a positive effect on performance; (2) job satisfaction positively affects performance; (3) the reward system influences performance primarily through job satisfaction (partial/competitive mediation), while its direct effect on performance tends to be negative; and (4) training does not exhibit a significant effect on performance, and its indirect path via job satisfaction is not significant. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening competence and redesigning reward systems in alignment with executive expectations to enhance job satisfaction and performance.

study indicates that MSMEs have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but many MSMEs still face challenges in financial management due to a lack of financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 158 MSMEs in the area. The results of the analysis indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on both financial behavior and financial management of MSMEs. MSMEs with higher levels of financial literacy tend to exhibit healthier financial behaviors, such as the ability to manage expenses, create budgets, and save. Similarly, good financial literacy significantly improves MSMEs' abilities in planning, recording, reporting, and evaluating business finances. Multivariate analysis confirmed that financial literacy simultaneously significantly influences both aspects. The high coefficient of determination (80.7% for financial behavior and 83.7% for financial management) indicates that financial literacy is a dominant factor in explaining variation in both dependent variables.
