ing questionnaire data on a sample of 35 respondents. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a constant value of 4.170, a regression value for the employee performance variable of 0.260 and a regression value for the service quality variable of 0.288. This means that all independent variables have a direct influence on variable Y. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that there is an influence of 54.6%, meaning that Employee Performance and Service Quality have an influence of 54.6%. Meanwhile, the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. This proves that there is an influence of Employee Performance and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Citra Buana Adi workshop in East Jakarta

ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

group is 252 people. The number of samples used was 71 people by using Slovin's sample theory. Data collection was carried out by using observation and questionnaire methods. Technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v.21. The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 5.451 + 0.697X1 + 0.052X2. Thus the results of this study found that The Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on decisions Consumer. The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) were 0.487 or 48.7%. This shows that the percentage influence of the independent variable amounting to 48.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 51.3% was influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. F count (32.327)> F table (3.128) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So hypothesis that is accepted is H1 which means variable X (Organic WOM and Amplified WOM) simultaneously has a significant influence on variable Y (Consumer Decision). Meanwhile, the t test results explain the calculated t for variable X1 is (7.185) > t table (1.995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H2 which means variable Organic WOM partially has a significant influence on the variables Y (Consumer Decision). The results of the partial test for variable X2 explain that t count 0.0494 > 0.05. So H3 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H0 which means that the Amplified WOM variable partially has no influence significant to variable Y (Consumer Decision).

rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors. This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

able, namely the Money Supply (M1) in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the type of research used secondary data in the form of time series data from 2012-2021 obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-cash transactions on the money supply in Indonesia during 2012-2021. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. This study also uses the statistical t test, statistical F test, and the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that debit card transactions have a positive effect on the amount of money in circulation and credit card transactions have a negative effect on the money supply in 2012-2021. Meanwhile, electronic money transactions have no effect on the money supply in 2012-2021

he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).
