Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa has significantly transformed the company’s HR operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness across various HR functions. Located… cated in Makassar, PT. Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, a major player in the cement manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing its large and diverse workforce, including slow recruitment processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and inefficient data management. To address these challenges, the company adopted cloud-based HR management systems, automated recruitment tools, and performance management software, allowing for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. This study demonstrates how digital tools can optimize HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve organizational performance. The success of PT. This abstract discusses the background of the problem regarding organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

The study employs a qualitative method, relying on textual analysis of Weber’s works and related legal theories. The findings reveal that economic interests are fundamental drivers of legal predictability, calculability, and stability, which are essential for fostering business growth and investment confidence. However, the tension between formal legal rationality and substantive justice poses challenges to achieving equity. These insights underscore the necessity of a structured legal framework that aligns with dynamic economic needs while ensuring fairness. The results contribute to a deeper understanding of the interplay between economics and law, offering guidance for policymakers to balance economic progress with social equity.

Abstract: Many students decide to choose concentration because of pressure from other parties, such as parents, siblings, or the surrounding environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and understand in depth the… he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. Abstract: Artificial intelligence is likely to have a significant impact on marketing strategies and customer behaviors in the years ahead. Research in this field has grown considerably, demonstrating AI's ability to simulate human… n behavior and perform tasks intelligently. With growing interest among marketing researchers and practitioners, this research aims to provide an overview of the evolution of both marketing and AI research fields. This paper explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in personalized engagement marketing, which focuses on creating, communicating, and delivering customized offerings to customers. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review technique, we examined over 300 academic articles to uncover prevalent themes and gain a deeper understanding of current AI utilization in marketing. We then propose a plan for future research that examines potential changes in marketing strategies and customer behaviors while emphasizing critical policy considerations related to privacy, bias, and ethics. The implications for marketing managers are discussed along with predictions about how AI will impact branding and customer management practices going forward. Our research highlighted several benefits of integrating AI into marketing such as improved customer interactions, increased revenue, reduced expenses, and enhanced overall efficiency. However, this research also pointed out areas requiring further investigation including challenges posed by AI integration like shortage of skilled personnel and data privacy concerns.

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has become a transformative technology in the field of financial technology, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify risks and make informed decisions. However, its widespread… ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise  assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

The Determinants Analysis of Exchange Rate Volatility of Rupiah Towards Indonesian Oil and Gas Import

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the determinants of rupiah exchange rate volatility and its impact on Indonesia's oil and gas imports. The variables observed in this study are economic growth, interest rates, inflation, rupiah… h exchange rate volatility and Indonesia's oil and gas imports. All data used in this study are secondary data obtained from 2005 to 2019 time series recordings obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Investing.com and Bank Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method in the IBM SPSS Statistics application 23. Based on the analysis results, economic growth was found to have a positive effect and interest rates had a positive effect. negative and significant impact on oil and gas imports due to fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate. Although inflation is negatively correlated, there is no significant impact on oil and gas imports through fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate.
