for the younger generation generation, particularly Generation Z, in internalizing Pancasila values. This generation lives technologically amidst advancements, a culture of globalization, and the rapid flow of information. US a result, there has been a shift in values, a decline in nationalism, and an increase in individualism and social polarization. This article aims to explain how Pancasila values can be re-actualized in the lives of Generation Z in the digital era. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of Pancasila education, digital literacy, and the role of educational institutions in strengthening national character. The study's results indicate that collaboration between families, schools, and communities needs to be strengthened so that Pancasila is not only cognitively understood but also practiced in the social behavior of Generation Z.

petition, this traditional craft business faces challenges in optimizing its marketing mix strategy. This study analyzes the implementation of the 7Ps marketing mix strategy in the Nur Azizah Songkok Recca Enterprise in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise has implemented the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Product variety and artisan skills represent the main strengths of the business, while limited digital promotion, conventional payment systems, simple packaging, and a deteriorated business signboard remain key constraints. The study suggests that the enterprise should strengthen digital marketing, adopt cashless payment options, improve product packaging, and renew its physical identity to enhance competitiveness. These findings provide practical insights for culture-based MSMEs seeking to preserve traditional products while adapting to contemporary market changes.

that the structural transformation process in Aceh has not yet taken place optimally, so that the economic growth that occurs tends to be quantitative, marked by an increase in aggregate output, but does not fully reflect an increase in the quality of the economic structure. This study aims to analyze the influence of the agriculture, manufacturing industry, and mining sectors on the growth of the Regional Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Aceh Province. The approach used is quantitative with secondary data sources from the BPS of Aceh Province. This study uses panel data which is a combination of cross-regional data and time series data from 2019 to 2023. The results of the study indicate, first; the agricultural sector has a positive effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the agricultural sector variable, which is 0.002. This value is smaller than 0.05. Second; the industrial sector has no effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the industrial sector variable, which is 0.610. This value is greater than 0.05. Third; the mining sector has a positive effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the mining sector variable, which is 0.001. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies involving newsroom managers, editors, and journalists from both media organizations. The findings indicate that Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos have adopted different newsroom convergence strategies. Tribun Pekanbaru has implemented an integrated newsroom model that combines Cross Media Newsroom and Integrated Media Newsroom approaches, emphasizing digital-first production and multi-platform content distribution. Meanwhile, Riau Pos continues to maintain a separated newsroom model between print and digital divisions, reflecting a gradual adaptation process toward digital transformation. The study further reveals that these differences are influenced not only by technological factors and organizational culture but also by economic considerations. Tribun Pekanbaru develops an integrated newsroom to improve production efficiency and expand digital content monetization, while Riau Pos maintains separated newsrooms because print media remains a significant source of company revenue. This study concludes that newsroom convergence has evolved beyond a technological transformation into an economic adaptation strategy for local media organizations. The findings suggest that newsroom convergence enables media companies to improve operational efficiency, broaden audience reach, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen business sustainability in an increasingly competitive digital environment.

This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

The research method uses an SLR approach with the stages of identification, selection, feasibility, and inclusion of articles obtained from various reputable scientific databases. The articles analyzed are international and national journal publications that are relevant to the topics of work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee psychological well-being. Bibliometric analysis was carried out to identify research trends, publication developments, author collaborations, as well as keyword mapping that is often used in related research. The results show that work motivation and organizational culture play an important role in increasing employee job satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to improved psychological well-being in the workplace. Job satisfaction has been shown to function as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational factors and employee psychological conditions. In addition, the results of bibliometric analysis show that research on employee psychological well-being has been growing in recent years with a focus on aspects of a healthy work environment, organizational support, and strategies to improve the quality of work life. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of human resource management in creating a conducive work environment, increasing employee motivation, and building a positive organizational culture to support the psychological well-being of employees in a sustainable manner.

Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data 2024 LKPD, performance accountability reports, and related internal control evaluations. This is complemented by triangulated insights from interviews with key government personnel. The findings reveal that Salatiga City has embedded core governance principles-transparency, accountability, and participatory engagement-within its financial reporting processes. The city's internal control system has reached Maturity Level 3 (Defined), indicating that control mechanisms are well-documented, institutionalized, and consistently applied. The use of digital reporting tools and community-based oversight further supports a culture of openness and accountability. The case of Salatiga City provides actionable insights for other local governments seeking to enhance financial governance. These practices directly support Indonesia's commitment to SDG 16, by fostering public trust and institutional integrity. This study adds to the emerging literature by integrating GICS analysis with local-level governance outcomes, not only to meet compliance standards but also to advance broader, effective, accountable, and inclusive development goals.

K3 has a strategic role in creating a safe and healthy work environment, which not only contributes to reducing the number of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, but also has implications for improving employee performance and productivity. However, the relationship between K3 and productivity is not always direct, but rather influenced by psychological and organizational factors, especially organizational commitment and company culture. This study uses the SLR method with PRISMA steps. Articles filtered from the Scopus journal database with the topic The study process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of K3 has a positive effect on employee productivity both directly and indirectly. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator that strengthens these relationships through increased employee loyalty, attachment, and responsibility, while a company culture that supports safety values strengthens collective norms and performance orientation in Indonesia published between 2021 and 2026 in a total of 5,863 articles. After elimination according to the criteria, only 41 articles were considered and extracted. These findings confirm that K3 is not only seen as a regulatory obligation, but as a strategic instrument in human resource management to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization. Theoretically, this study integrates the concepts of K3, organizational commitment, company culture, and productivity in a comprehensive conceptual framework, and practically provides managerial implications in strengthening performance based on work safety.
