ent and affordable housing in Indonesia. The study used panel data from 31 provinces during the 2021–2024 period with a total of 124 observations. The research data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), and official local government websites related to the publication of financial reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results of the study indicate that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11. These findings indicate that accountable regional financial management can increase the effectiveness of housing and settlement development programs. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11, with a stronger effect than accountability. Openness of financial information encourages public oversight of regional budget use and increases the efficiency of development program implementation. The results of simultaneous testing indicate that accountability and transparency together have a significant effect on the achievement of the indicator of access to decent and affordable housing. The research findings support the theory of good governance, which places accountability and transparency as essential elements in improving the quality of local government governance. This study provides an empirical contribution regarding the relationship between local government financial governance and the achievement of sustainable settlement development in Indonesia.

These results indicate that cognitive factors, such as financial literacy, along with behavioral and technological factors, including FOMO and fintech, play significant roles in shaping investment behavior. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical insights into investment decision-making among Generation Z in the context of financial literacy, psychological influences, and technology adoption.
Abstract:This study aims to examine work experience, work environment, and work culture on employee performance, both directly and through work motivation as a mediating variable. This research is based on two main grand theories,…
, namely Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Self-Determination Theory. Quantitative approach with survey method, The research population is all employees of the production division of PT Ekamas Fortuna Malang which totals 332 people. Sampling was carried out using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 179 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that all ten hypotheses proposed in this study were proven to be statistically supported. Work experience, work environment, and work culture were each proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, indicating that these three factors are relevant motivational antecedents in the context of the manufacturing industry and motivation has also been shown to mediate the relationship between these three variables. An important finding of this study is the confirmation of the dual role of work motivation, namely as a variable that directly drives employee performance as well as as a mediator that strengthens and channels the indirect influence of work experience, work environment, and work culture on performance.

endent variables, with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. The research was conducted among auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in East Java. The population of the study consisted of junior and senior auditors employed at medium- and large-scale firms operating in the region. Data were collected using a survey method through primary questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the structural relationships between variables. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation negatively influences turnover intention, whereas workload and time budget pressure positively influence turnover intention. The results also show that job satisfaction moderates the relationship between work motivation and turnover intention, strengthening its negative effect. However, job satisfaction does not significantly moderate the influence of workload or time budget pressure on turnover intention. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of job satisfaction in reducing the tendency of auditors to leave their organization, especially in environments with varying levels of motivation, workload, and time pressure.

emphasizing the real interaction between demand and supply as a factor that affects the market balance at the regional level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of demand and supply on the balance of the consumer goods market in Makassar. This study adopts a quantitative approach by using primary data from 250 respondents, consisting of 200 consumers and 50 traders with questions using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis is carried out with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25, as well as involving validity testing, reliability and classic assumption testing. Research findings show that the demand and supply variables have a positive and significant effect on the market balance with an Adjusted R² of 0.285. Together, the two variables explain 28.5% variation in market balance. This result shows that the increase in demand and the availability of the supply of consumer goods are the key to maintaining price stability in the local market.
