s study is based on the importance of improving the performance of the apparatus in providing effective, responsive, and quality public services. Work compliance is seen as the attitude of the apparatus in obeying applicable rules, procedures, discipline, and work standards, while work motivation reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness of the apparatus to complete tasks. The population in this study is all apparatus in the agency, with a sample of 59 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 23.00. The results of the study show that work compliance has a positive and significant effect on the work results of the apparatus. This means that the higher the level of compliance of the apparatus with work rules and procedures, the better the work results achieved. Meanwhile, work encouragement has a positive but insignificant effect on the work results of the apparatus. These findings show that work motivation needs to be supported by a conducive work system, supervision, and organizational environment in order to be able to improve performance optimally. The implication is that agencies need to strengthen the culture of discipline and design a more targeted motivation strategy according to the needs of public service apparatus in a sustainable manner in the region

e primary data source is the results of interviews with Mamasa Regional Government employees who were the research samples where the sample collection method was purposive sampling. Secondary data consists of PAD and regional expenditure data for the last three years as well as other supporting documents. The data collection method is carried out through the following stages: Questionnaire and Interview. The collected data can be analyzed quantitatively using descriptive or inferential statistics to test hypotheses. Analysis of this research data uses regression techniques, namely simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out to see the level of significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of digitalization of payment transactions on regional spending in Mamasa district.

Design/methodology/approach: This research tends to have a qualitative approach and uses an in-depth interview method with an interview guide. This research utilizes Nvivo 14 as the software employed for data analysis, validity testing, and drawing research conclusions. Additionally, to measure validity in this study, triangulation techniques were used.
Research Findings: The results of this research show that the development of sustainable cultural tourism in Mamasa Regency requires a careful approach to promoting and utilizing cultural uniqueness. With an effective and sustainable promotional strategy, and using cultural uniqueness as the main attraction, Mamasa Regency can position itself as a superior and attractive cultural tourism destination.
Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research seeks to identify what is needed for planning in organizing and managing the tourism sector to provide maximum contribution to the Mamasa region. Therefore, two aspects are examined: promotion strategies and distinctiveness in the development of cultural tourism.

The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. This study examines strategies for collaboration between the government and MSMEs, integrating entrepreneurship education to support sustainable development, aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of entrepreneurship education within public-private partnerships to enhance MSME sustainability while addressing local socio-economic issues. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study involves in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME entrepreneurs, government officials, and educators in the region. The findings indicate that effective collaboration among stakeholders fosters innovation, strengthens MSME resilience, and promotes environmentally-friendly business practices. However, challenges remain in policy implementation and resource distribution. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

Similarly, MSMEs contribute significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and employment creation, supported by government policies facilitating access to finance, training, and business support. The study also finds that economic growth driven by FDI and MSMEs effectively reduces unemployment rates. Recommendations for policymakers include creating a favorable investment climate, strengthening MSME support, ensuring inclusive economic growth, and enhancing public-private collaboration. These measures aim to sustain the positive impact of FDI and MSMEs on economic development and job creation in DKI Jakarta.

The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.
