The results of this research show that first, the participation of personnel from the Lingat village community in development programs taking place in Lingat village is still minimal because the community's awareness of responsibility for development programs is low for which people are willing to work if they are given wages. Second, there are also material participants from the Lingat village community who give for free or willingly, but there are also those who give by asking for something in return. Third, community participation in maintaining and enjoying development in Lingat village is good, because the community participates in enjoying the results of development in the village, for this reason the Lingat village community is responsible for maintaining development in Lingat village so that it can be used together.Based on the results of the research above, the Lingat village government is advised to look at and follow up on these matters by providing socialization to the Lingat village community about the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the community in every development program that occurs in the village, especially in Lingat village, Selaru sub-district. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). This research was carried out at Ciasmara 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, Class IV A, and IV B in November, the odd semester. The research instrument uses pretest and posttest instruments which produce an N-Gain calculation for the Project Based Learning model of 80 with high criteria and an N-Gain value for the Problem Based Learning model of 73 with very high criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Discovery Learning model. The researcher also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples having a normal distribution because the values for both samples were smaller than the L table. In the Problem-Based Learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.028 ≤ 0.189, and in the discovery learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.041 ≤ 0.189. Then, in the homogeneity test, the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2table, a value of 0.75 ≤ 5.991 is obtained. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, the count of 7.29 was greater than the table of 2.01808, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be stated that the problem-based learning and discovery learning models have differences in learning outcomes for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity, in other words, the problem-based learning model is more effective than the discovery learning model for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity.

The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.
