Ma'sumah, Siti, Luthfi Hamidi, Ibni Trisal Adam
Abstract: Indonesia is known for its rich agriculture, and rice is the staple food of the Indonesian people. The production of rice comes from rice fields, which are often managed by their owners or tenant farmers. However, not all… l rice field owners can efficiently manage their resources, which is why they can involve rice cultivators to help them out. The relationship between the owner of the rice fields and the tenant farmers is divided into two types of cooperation: maro and mertelu. Additionally, this type of cooperation can also be carried out in dry land areas, such as coconut plantations, coffee plantations, and more. This study focuses on the actors involved in maro and mertelu agreements in Banyumas Regency, Cilacap Regency, Kebumen Regency, Banjarnegara Regency, and Purbalingga Regency. The population size of this study is unknown, but based on calculations, a minimum sample size of 97 respondents is required. The criterion for selecting respondents is that they have entered into a maro or mertelu agreement and reside in one of the aforementioned regencies. The findings of the study indicate that individuals who have entered into maro or mertelu agreements do so for a variety of reasons. These reasons include supplementing their income to meet basic and other needs, ensuring they have a job and are not unemployed, and following the orders of the landowner. Some individuals also participate in these agreements because they are unable to purchase their own rice fields and want to work in the industry, while others do so to help those in need.

Fintech products are usually a system built to carry out specific financial… inancial transaction mechanisms, one of which is online lending (peer-to-peer lending). Some people choose to use peer-to-peer lending without looking at the credit interest rate and without first checking if the company is registered with the OJK or not. As a result, many default risks occur due to mistakes in analyzing peer-to-peer lending loans. As well as several fintech applications still need to be officially registered with the Financial Services Authority, resulting in people experiencing the risk of default with large loan interest. The purpose of this research is to discover the factors that influence the behavioral interest of the millennial generation in adopting online loan services. The research method used is convenient random sampling, with a total sample of 70 respondents. The results of this study show that digital marketing and social influence variables positively affect the millennial generation's interest in adopting online loan services. Meanwhile, loan interest rates have a negative impact because the lower the interest rate is given, the more people will use online loan services. Data collected by distributing questionnaires containing the respondents' identities and the research scale. The scale used in this study is a helping attitude scale and an empathy scale. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the F value was 31.114; R square of 0.227 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a very significant contribution from empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers and empathy contributes to prosocial behavior by 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors outside of research.
