Muhammad Fayyad Abdillah, Renisya Kusnadi, Carin Amanda, Muhammad Akbar, Muhamad Zaky Ramadhan, Eogenie Lakilaki, Artamananda
TELISIK+ 2026 is a community-based educational initiative designed to address inequality in access to preparation for the National Student Admission Selection (SNPMB) while equipping participants with academic capacity and future-oriented skills. The program adopts a high-tech meets high-touch approach that combines AI-supported learning with direct human mentoring, and comprises four interconnected programs: the UTBK Book Assistance Equity Program, the Online UTBK Learning Program, the Scientific Writing, Research, and Publication Program, and the AI-Based Educational Website Development Program. The activities were conducted online from January 16 to April 20, 2026, following the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) framework and evaluated through a descriptive-evaluative approach using the RE-AIM framework. The implementation resulted in 36 participants receiving UTBK preparation books, 36 learning sessions delivered across seven subtests by 18 tutors, and 24 participants completing all subtests of the practice test with a mean score of 616.3 and high instrument reliability (Cronbach's alpha of 0.897). A total of 34 participants were admitted to public higher education institutions through the 2026 SNBP pathway. The developed platform has archived 2,273 UTBK items and 1,950 SKD items, reaching 551 verified active users. These findings indicate that integrating equitable learning resources, human-centered mentoring, and AI technology can form an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable community-based educational ecosystem.

ISLAMIC ECONOMIC APPROACH AS AN ALTERNATIVE PARADIGM: REALIZING WELFARE AND SOCIAL JUSTICE IN THE ERA OF GLOBAL INEQUALITY

Marlina Ekawaty
Abstract: Global economic inequality has become a pressing issue, as conventional economic systems often prioritize growth over equitable wealth distribution, leaving marginalized populations vulnerable. Islamic economics offers an… n alternative paradigm that integrates ethical principles, social justice, and welfare-oriented financial mechanisms to address these disparities. This study aims to systematically analyze the role of Islamic economic instruments in promoting social justice and reducing inequality. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PRISMA framework, reviewing 21 selected studies published between 2016 and 2025 from international and national academic databases. The analysis focuses on key instruments, including zakat, waqf, Islamic microfinance, and macro-level financial inclusion. The results indicate that zakat and waqf significantly contribute to poverty alleviation and sustainable development, while Islamic microfinance empowers economically marginalized communities by enhancing financial access and independence. Macro-level Islamic finance further supports inclusive economic growth and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The discussion highlights both the effectiveness and challenges of these instruments, emphasizing the need for robust governance, regulatory support, and financial literacy programs. In conclusion, Islamic economics provides a holistic and ethical approach to address global inequality, offering policymakers and practitioners practical strategies for achieving inclusive and sustainable economic development.

Decolonizing Digital Learning in Ghana: Artificial Intelligence, Local Knowledge, and Educational Futures

Pantah, Ayishetu
Abstract: The rapid expansion of digital learning and artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed educational systems worldwide, including in Ghana. However, the integration of digital technologies into education also… so raises critical concerns regarding epistemological inequality, technological dependency, and the marginalization of indigenous knowledge systems. This study aims to critically examine digital learning in Ghana through a decolonial perspective by exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence, local knowledge, and future educational transformation. The study employed a qualitative conceptual approach based on critical literature review and decolonial theoretical analysis. Data sources consisted of scholarly articles, academic books, policy reports, and international publications related to digital learning, AI in education, indigenous knowledge systems, and postcolonial educational transformation. The findings reveal that contemporary digital learning systems frequently reproduce colonial epistemologies through linguistic dominance, curriculum standardization, algorithmic bias, and dependency on externally developed technological infrastructures. Indigenous languages and local knowledge systems remain underrepresented within mainstream educational technologies, limiting epistemic inclusivity and cultural relevance. Nevertheless, the study also identifies the transformative potential of culturally responsive AI, multilingual digital learning environments, and indigenous knowledge integration in constructing more equitable educational futures. The study concludes that decolonizing digital learning in Ghana requires the reconstruction of educational technologies grounded in epistemic justice, cultural dignity, local participation, and technological sovereignty. This article contributes to contemporary discussions on decolonial education, ethical AI, and digital transformation within the Global South by positioning digital learning as both a technological and epistemological arena of struggle.

(4). the territorial development through a Socio-Cultural Sector approach. which is directed at developing community aspects of culture and social ethics. (5) Special Assistant in the Field of Defense and Security. which is directed at community development in the field of public security defense. Then it is recommended that the TNI be able to carry out intensity and existence as well as professionalism of territorial development by Indonesian National Army officers from the army headquarters in their subordinate units such as military area commands, military resort commands, and military district commands and their staff to be able to detect symptoms of more vital factors. early so that the symptoms of conflict can be controlled.
