Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Government Business Incubators in encouraging the growth of MSMEs in Makassar City. Using a qualitative approach and case study research design, this study explores the…
experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

unication skills, and work attitudes, are important factors in determining the success of implementing government duties, especially in the digital era and the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.
Abstract:Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a cornerstone of Indonesia's economy, contributing 60.5% to the national GDP and employing 97% of the workforce. However, MSMEs face challenges such as low financial literacy…
acy and limited adoption of digital technologies, which hinder their competitiveness in the global market. This study explores the synergistic role of financial literacy and digital transformation in enhancing MSME performance and competitiveness. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal that the average financial literacy level among MSME actors in Indonesia is only 38%, leading to poor financial management and limited access to formal financing. On the other hand, only 16% of MSMEs have integrated digital technologies into their operations, with those who did reporting significant improvements in efficiency and revenue. The integration of financial literacy with digital tools was found to have a multiplier effect, enabling better resource management, improved decision-making, and enhanced market competitiveness. This study highlights the importance of targeted policies to combine financial literacy training with digital technology adoption. By addressing challenges such as infrastructure limitations and resistance to change, stakeholders can foster inclusive economic growth and empower MSMEs to thrive in the digital economy.
Abstract:This study examines employees' perceptions of work-life balance implementation in a hybrid work environment, a model that has gained popularity in the post-COVID-19 era. Hybrid work arrangements offer flexibility by allowing…
wing employees to alternate between remote and office-based work, providing opportunities to balance professional and personal responsibilities. However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

ing government policies, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain management in the fisheries sector. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. It provides an original perspective on how regional policies and infrastructure development can support national capital projects and meet food supply demands while promoting sustainable practices in the fisheries industry

tor. In the North Coast region of East Java, MSMEs face unique challenges, including limited access to entrepreneurship education and insufficient government support. This study examines strategies for collaboration between the government and MSMEs, integrating entrepreneurship education to support sustainable development, aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of entrepreneurship education within public-private partnerships to enhance MSME sustainability while addressing local socio-economic issues. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study involves in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore the experiences of MSME entrepreneurs, government officials, and educators in the region. The findings indicate that effective collaboration among stakeholders fosters innovation, strengthens MSME resilience, and promotes environmentally-friendly business practices. However, challenges remain in policy implementation and resource distribution. The implications of this research highlight the importance of institutionalizing entrepreneurship education within government programs and strengthening public-private collaboration. These steps can serve as a model for other regions to simultaneously drive economic growth and sustainability, contributing to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030
