rs do not necessarily have to meet sellers in person. Tokopedia is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms used in Indonesia. Security issues arose when in 2020 Tokopedia experienced a breach, with data from around 91 million accounts being compromised by hackers. Consequently, Tokopedia needed to establish a Data Protection and Privacy Office (DPPO) to protect and safeguard user data privacy.This research addresses how perceptions of security and privacy can influence users' trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the study evaluates the relationship between perceptions of data security and privacy with trust in transacting on Tokopedia. Based on the calculations of the multiple linear regression model using previously collected respondent data, it was found that perceptions of data security do not directly affect trust in transactions. However, perceptions of privacy are considered to have a significant influence and can increase trust in transactions among students in Pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah sukses mencapai berbagai kebutuhan masayarakat salah satunya kegiatan jual beli, perkembangan ini membawa manusia untuk dapat melakukan jual beli secara online dimana tidak mengharuskan pembeli bertemu penjual secara langsung. Tokopedia menjadi salah satu platform e-commerce yang sangat popular digunkanan diindonesia. Masalah keamaan terjadi dimana pada tahun 2020 tokopedia mengalami peretasan dengan sekitar 91 juta akun berhasil diperoleh datanya oleh peretas, sehingga Tokopedia perlu membentuk data protection and privacy office (DPPO) guna melindungi dan menjaga privasi data pengguna Tokopedia.terkait hal tersebut penelitian ini mengangkat bagaimana persepsi keamanan dan privasi dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pengguna dalam bertransaksi ditokopedia. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, evaluasi dilakukan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara persepi keamanan data dan privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi ditokopedia. Berdasarkan perhitungan model regresi linear berganda menggunakan data responden yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya didapat persepsi keamanan data terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung. Namun pada persepsi privasi terhadap kepercayaan bertransaksi dinilai sangat berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan bertransaksi di kalangan mahasiswa di pekanbaru.

Abstrak: Kombinasi algoritma (Cest Cryptography) merupakan kombinasi 3 algoritma seperti Merklee-Hellman, Logaritma Diskrit dan Modifikasi ASCII, menggunakan Base64 untuk menyembunyikan 2 kunci public dan 2 kunci private.. Kombinasi algoritma digunakan karena semakin banyaknya teknik-teknik dalam kriptografi sehingga mempermudah untuk saling mengkombinasikan algoritma agar mendapatkan enkripsi yang lebih rumit dan bahkan tidak bisa dipecahkan dalam jangka waktu dekat. Pada situs-situs besar telah terjadi pencurian database, jika database yang dicuri telah terenkripsi maka akan mempersulit pencuri data untuk memanfaatkannya tetapi jika tidak terenkripsi maka sangat mudah data tersebut di manfaatkannya sehingga membuat kerugian yang sangat besar terutama kepercayaan pengguna dari situs tersebut.

he system, experts can use the certainty factor (CF) method. This method can overcome reality with a level of certainty based on facts so that it can explain the confidence of an expert. CF can be applied in an expert system to build a program that can diagnose a set of rules. In this study CF was implemented in an expert system diagnosing seahorse disease. Sea horses have a high trading value, both in living and dead conditions. Therefore, sea horses, including animals that are protected by population. In this study, developing an expert system application that can diagnose seahorse disease can help determine the level of trust of experts and users who use related cases. Based on the test results, it shows that CF is able to cope well and has a high level of accuracy.

Abstrak: Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam diagnosa dimungkinkan menggunakan ungkapan ketidakpastian. Misalkan dengan penggunaan pernyataan mungkin (maybe), kemungkinan besar (probably not), hampir pasti (almost certainty) dan pernyataan tidak pasti lainya. Untuk mengatasi ketidak pastian pada sistem pakar dapat menerapkan pendekatan certainty factor (CF). Metode ini mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan mendefinisikan tingkat kepastian berdasarkan fakta sehingga dapat memaparkan keyakinan seorang pakar. CF dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pakar untuk membangun suatu program yang dapat mendiagnosa berdasarkan suatu set aturan. Pada penelitian ini CF diimplementasikan pada sistem pakar diagnose penyakit kuda laut. Kuda laut memiliki nilai jual perdagangan yang tinggi, baik dalam keadaan hidup maupun mati. Oleh sebab itu kuda laut termasuk hewan yang dilindungi populasinya. Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis serta memberikan solusi untuk penyakit kuda laut dengan menggunakan pendekatan CF dalam penanganan ketidakpastian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan CF mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi.

Abstrak: Fantasy Kids merupakan sebuah distro baju anak-anak di kawasan Bangkinang, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau. Dalam operasionalnya, distro menjual produknya kepada masyarakat umum meliputi penjualan kaos anak, kemeja anak, bag, jaket atau sweater anak yang biasa dijual di distro-distro lainnya. Data Mining merupakan pegembangan atau penemuan informasi baru dengan mencari pola atau aturan tertentu dari sejumlah data dalam jumlah besar diharapkan dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah metode Association Rule dengan Algoritma Apriori. Metode Association Rule adalah suatu prosedur untuk mencari hubungan antara item dalam suatu kumpulan data yang ditentukan. Dalam menentukan suatu Association Rule, terdapat suatu ukuran kepercayaan yang di dapatkan dari hasil pengolahan data dengan perhitungan tertentu. ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services
