ng and Optimization of Management Resources) framework, the research integrates elements of local wisdom and organizational support within a systemic approach to human resource development. The exploratory qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to uncover major determinants influencing professional commitment. From the thematic analysis, four principal variables emerged—teamwork, organizational climate, religiosity, and work motivation—which were validated through expert judgment. Quantitative verification was subsequently performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to examine both direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The analysis confirmed that all variables exert positive and significant effects on lecturers’ professional commitment, with work motivation being the most dominant factor. To refine improvement priorities, the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory for Conducting Operational Research in Educational Management) method was applied, identifying indicators that should be improved, maintained, or further developed. The findings offer empirical and practical insights, including: (1) a validated POP-SDM–based commitment model combining cultural and organizational dimensions; (2) evidence-based strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism; and (3) an optimization framework to guide sustainable lecturer development in higher education institutions.

oblems addressed in this study are: 1) How is the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election? and 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in Ambon City? The study involved 14 informants. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The findings show that the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election in Ambon City is in good condition, based on dimensions such as work responsiveness, work accountability, work effectiveness, and work efficiency. This performance is influenced by factors such as human resources (HR), technological support, collaboration with stakeholders, and community participation.

The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.

The findings reveal that the internet plays a significant role in facilitating language learning by providing access to diverse resources and interactive platforms. It is reported that internet tools help them create more engaging and culturally relevant lessons, which cater to the multilingual backgrounds of the students. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century. The use of internet-based learning tools helps students seamlessly transition between languages, enhancing their overall language proficiency and confidence in using English. This research underscores the importance of integrating internet resources in EFL education to address the unique linguistic needs of students in multilingual settings. Future studies should explore the long-term impacts of internet use on language acquisition and its potential integration with traditional teaching methods to create a more holistic and effective EFL learning environment.

of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.
