Moral Education in the View of Yunahar Ilyas

Sufri Situmorang, Jamaluddin, Akrim, Akrim, Harfiani, Rizka
Abstract: This study examines the concept of moral education in the view of Yunahar Ilyas and its relevance in Indonesia. Moral education is an integral part of Islamic teachings, occupying a special and very important position, as… s evidenced by the many verses of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet that discuss it. The concept of morality itself etymologically means character, temperament, behavior, or nature, which regulates human relations with God, others, and the universe. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, collecting data from written materials such as books, journals, and articles, with the book "Kuliah Akhlaq" by Yunahar Ilyas as the primary data source. The results of the study show that Yunahar Ilyas places moral education as a fundamental foundation that does not grow by itself, but requires coaching, training, and hard work. This view is very relevant considering the degradation of morality in today's young generation, which requires educational institutions to conduct introspection and change in order to instill good moral and ethical values. Moral education, according to Yunahar Ilyas, is the foundation of true happiness in this world and the hereafter and is crucial to overcoming the moral crisis and forming a generation of integrity. This confirms the contribution of Yunahar Ilyas' thoughts in the context of moral education in Indonesia, which seeks to produce principles and truths according to the teachings of the Qur'an and as-sunnah.

Compensation in Philosophical Review: Ontology, Epistemology, and Axiology

Sudrajat, Jajat, Loke Siow, Hong, Adi Permana, Ibar
Abstract: Compensation is part of the resource management function which is related to various types of rewards that individuals receive as rewards for employees who have carried out their work duties. The total reward received by… employees who have done their work is managed by the company by creating a policy which is also known as input-output exchange between the company and its employees. To optimally understand the nature of compensation, the types and forms of compensation and the benefits of compensation, it can be viewed from the science of philosophy. Compensation is discussed in detail using philosophy through the dimensions of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. So, with this aim, organizations or companies can get a complete picture of compensation and can make efforts to optimize compensation so that it can bring positive benefits and prevent negative things that can arise if it is not handled correctly. This research discusses compensation from a philosophical perspective in the dimensions of ontology, epistemology and axiology using a qualitative approach. The research results show that from the perspective of philosophical knowledge, compensation can be explained in three dimensions, namely: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In the ontological dimension, compensation includes the true meaning of compensation which can be proven to exist in every organization. The epistemological dimension of compensation is related to the basic science, forms, characteristics, and types of all existing compensation. Finally, in the axiological dimension, the discussion of compensation includes the relationship between compensation and value, namely the feasibility of compensation to be developed, as well as the function and benefits of compensation in the organization. In the end, compensation needs to be managed so that it can provide more optimal benefits in the continuity of an organization's activities.

Brazil, South Korea, and Taiwan are examples. Argentine hyper-presidentialism exacerbates top-down politicization of public administration and personalist patronage.

Legal Certainty of Electronic Certificates as Evidence of Land Ownership in Indonesian Agrarian Law

Hutomo, Putra, Yuhelson, Yuhelson, Achmad Darodjat, Tubagus
Abstract: The position of electronic certificates in agrarian law in Indonesia is a means of proof of ownership of land rights, ownership rights to apartment units, management rights, and mortgage rights, The Regulation of the Minister… ister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 5 of 2017 concerning Electronic Land Information Services (hereinafter referred to as Ministerial regulations ATR/Head of BPN 5/2017) which was later replaced by Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 19 of 2020 concerning Electronic Land Information Services (hereinafter referred to as Ministerial regulations ATR/Head of BPN 19/2020). Ministerial regulations ATR / Head of BPN 5/2017 is the forerunner or embryo of the start of electronic land law politics in Indonesia. For this reason, in order to further realise the certificate, the Indonesian Government should regulate the position of electronic certificates in law and need to support changes in the registration system in Indonesia to a positive system with the issuance of electronic certificates, in addition to conducting comprehensive socialisation to the Indonesian people who think that they do not hold physical evidence of certificates with the assumption that everything is electronically based.

The Role of Financial Literacy and Self-Control in Managing Students' Consumptive Behavior with PayLater Usage Decisions as a Mediating Variable

Adhitya Ananda, Nova, Utami Ady, Sri, Sayidah, Nur
Abstract: This study investigates the influence of Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior among students, with PayLater Usage as an intervening variable and Self-Control as a moderating variable. The rapid adoption of digital… credit services, such as PayLater, has reshaped consumption patterns, particularly among young users, by promoting convenience and flexible payment options. This research aims to understand how financial literacy and self-control interact to influence students’ consumption behavior through PayLater usage. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa, the study finds that Financial Literacy has a positive influence on both PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior. Interestingly, while financial literacy is generally expected to mitigate consumptive tendencies, it indirectly contributes to impulsive spending by encouraging the use of PayLater. PayLater Usage is identified as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Financial Literacy and Consumptive Behavior, highlighting the role of convenience and perceived purchasing power in promoting consumption. Moreover, Self-Control negatively moderates the relationship between PayLater Usage and Consumptive Behavior, indicating that students with high self-control are less likely to exhibit impulsive spending despite using PayLater.
