This writing contains the results of a study entitled The Influence of Organization Citizen Behavior and Employee Compensation on the Performance of Contract Employees in the Collection and Confiscation of Local Taxes which I did at the Regional Revenue Agency of Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were 40 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sample, the respondents in this study were 40 contract employees, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data processing technique used the SPSS version 21 program. The analytical method used was the classical assumption test (Test Normality, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of research with multiple linear regression analysis. Organizational citizen behavior and compensation simultaneously influence employee performance with a significance level of 0.305. Questionnaire instruments and questions on systems of linear equations were given to 22 TI21A4 students in the Linear Algebra course. Based on the data that has been obtained and processed, the score for improving student learning outcomes is 0.71 which is considered effective. The improvement is classified as high and includes effective, and the average score of the practicality assessment is 4.2 which is included in the high category. This application also received a positive response from students who have used it, so the Gauss Jordan 3x3 application is suitable for use in learning and determining solutions to linear equations.

Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.

-19. This study aims to analyze the behavior of preventing COVID-19 in the elderly group. This type of research is descriptive analytic, with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study used three analyzes, namely univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results showed that 69.8% of the elderly with less Perceived Susceptibility but had good COVID-19 prevention. 64.7% of the elderly with good Perceived Severity but have less prevention. 63.6% of respondents have good Perceived Benefits as well as COVID-19 prevention. 69.1% of respondents have less Perceived Barriers but have good COVID-19 prevention and 69.1% have good Cues to action plus good COVID-19 Prevention. The most dominant factors that can be used in COVID-19 prevention are Perceived Severity with an OR value of 2.77 and Perceived Barriers with an OR value of 2.76. The Health Belief Model has a relationship and can cause behavioral changes in preventing the potential for COVID-19 in the elderly.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.

population consist of all undergraduate students in all the six faculties of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 200 students, the instrument for data collection was self-constructed questionnaire titled “off-campus, social and academic life of undergraduates’’ on four-point likert scale. The face and content validity of the instrument was ascertained by the researchers. Test-retest technique was used by the researcher, Pearson product movement correlation was used to determine the correlation coefficient which was 0.76. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students, and finally the result revealed that there is a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. It was suggested that The Management of the institution should monitor the activities of students living off-campus.
