Abstract:Digital transformation has moved beyond the simple adoption of information technology and has become a fundamental organizational process affecting leadership, employee behavior, innovation, and performance. This study examines…
xamines the relationship between digital leadership and organizational performance by investigating employee innovation implementation as an intervening mechanism. Drawing on the Dynamic Capability View, digital leadership is conceptualized as a strategic capability that enables organizations to mobilize technological resources, stimulate employee experimentation, and facilitate the implementation of new ideas. A quantitative research design is proposed using a structured questionnaire administered to employees in digitally transforming organizations. The hypothesized relationships are tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The proposed model examines both the direct effect of digital leadership on organizational performance and its indirect effect through employee innovation implementation. The study contributes to digital leadership literature by distinguishing innovation implementation from the broader concept of innovative behavior and by explaining how employee-generated ideas can be translated into organizational value.
Abstract:The rapid expansion of digital learning and artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed educational systems worldwide, including in Ghana. However, the integration of digital technologies into education also…
so raises critical concerns regarding epistemological inequality, technological dependency, and the marginalization of indigenous knowledge systems. This study aims to critically examine digital learning in Ghana through a decolonial perspective by exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence, local knowledge, and future educational transformation. The study employed a qualitative conceptual approach based on critical literature review and decolonial theoretical analysis. Data sources consisted of scholarly articles, academic books, policy reports, and international publications related to digital learning, AI in education, indigenous knowledge systems, and postcolonial educational transformation. The findings reveal that contemporary digital learning systems frequently reproduce colonial epistemologies through linguistic dominance, curriculum standardization, algorithmic bias, and dependency on externally developed technological infrastructures. Indigenous languages and local knowledge systems remain underrepresented within mainstream educational technologies, limiting epistemic inclusivity and cultural relevance. Nevertheless, the study also identifies the transformative potential of culturally responsive AI, multilingual digital learning environments, and indigenous knowledge integration in constructing more equitable educational futures. The study concludes that decolonizing digital learning in Ghana requires the reconstruction of educational technologies grounded in epistemic justice, cultural dignity, local participation, and technological sovereignty. This article contributes to contemporary discussions on decolonial education, ethical AI, and digital transformation within the Global South by positioning digital learning as both a technological and epistemological arena of struggle.

ory challenges faced in the context of the gig economy and cross-border remote work and evaluate the policy responses from various countries. The method used is a literature review by examining scientific literature, national and international regulations, and related policy reports. The results showed that the unclear legal status of workers, differences in regulations between countries, taxation issues, and limited social protection are the main obstacles. This research recommends the need for adaptive regulatory reforms and international collaboration to create an inclusive and equitable legal framework to support sustainable growth of the digital economy and protect workers' rights.
Abstract:The concept of authority plays a pivotal role in the context of civil law, particularly in delineating the powers and responsibilities vested in legal subjects through statutory provisions. This research explores the nuanced…
nced distinctions between "authority" and "competence," asserting that authority in civil law is a formal power granted by legislation, whereas competence refers to the scope and nature of the duties assigned. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis to investigate the legal foundations and implications of authority, particularly its attribution, delegation, and mandate in the legal system. The findings emphasize the complex interplay between state sovereignty and civil law, illustrating how authority functions within legal relationships and its relevance in ensuring accountability. This paper further examines how civil law governs the delegation of authority, its implications for legal subjects, and the underlying principles that guide such delegation. Ultimately, this research contributes to the broader discourse on authority in civil law, highlighting the essential role of legal frameworks in governing power delegation while maintaining legal order and justice.
Abstract:This study explores the application of Reality Therapy using the WDEP (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) technique to improve self-esteem among People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at the Panti Sosial Bina Insan Bangun…
Daya II in East Jakarta. As PLWHA often face stigma, rejection, and psychological distress, self-esteem becomes a crucial component for mental resilience and social reintegration. This quasi-experimental research employed a pre-test and post-test control group design, involving five selected participants diagnosed with HIV/AIDS aged 18 and above. The intervention consisted of ten group counseling sessions focusing on helping participants identify their goals, assess current behaviors, and plan realistic strategies for change. Self-esteem levels were measured using the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Pre-test results indicated low levels of self-esteem, with an average score of 31. Following the intervention, the post-test average rose to 48, signifying a 54% improvement and placing participants in the high self-esteem category. Qualitative observations during therapy sessions revealed significant behavioral transformations, including increased emotional regulation, social interaction, self-acceptance, responsibility, and future orientation. The findings demonstrate that Reality Therapy with WDEP is an effective, culturally adaptable approach to psychological rehabilitation in institutional settings. It not only enhances self-esteem but also empowers PLWHA to rebuild their sense of self-worth, establish supportive relationships, and envision a hopeful future. The study contributes to expanding evidence-based psychosocial interventions for marginalized populations in Indonesia.
Abstract:Climate change is increasingly recognized as a major driver of internal displacement, particularly in fragile states like Libya where environmental shocks intersect with political instability and weak governance. This study…
udy investigates how climate-induced internal displacement affects social cohesion in Libya’s coastal cities, focusing on Tripoli, Misrata, and Benghazi. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations involving internally displaced persons (IDPs), host community members, and local stakeholders. Findings reveal that environmental factors such as drought and flooding have forced vulnerable populations to migrate from Libya’s interior regions to urban coastal centers. These displacements have strained public services, exacerbated competition for resources, and led to growing tensions between displaced populations and host communities. Social trust, mutual support, and access to services have all been undermined, while IDPs often face legal invisibility, psychological stress, and marginalization. Despite these challenges, the research identifies promising local initiatives that have fostered integration and rebuilt social ties, including joint livelihood programs and inclusive municipal governance efforts. However, these efforts remain fragmented and unsustainable without broader policy support. The study concludes that to prevent further erosion of social cohesion, Libya must adopt a national legal framework to recognize and protect climate-displaced persons, strengthen municipal capacities, and integrate displacement considerations into urban planning and climate adaptation strategies. This article contributes to emerging literature on climate migration and urban resilience by providing grounded, context-specific insights into how environmental displacement reshapes the social fabric in post-conflict settings.
