rust in influencer-based marketing content on social media platforms. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 purposively selected participants who actively consume beauty content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis encompassing open coding, axial coding, and selective coding procedures. The findings reveal five core themes: (1) authenticity as the primary driver of trust formation; (2) the negative impact of excessive commercialization on perceived credibility; (3) the role of influencer expertise and product knowledge in legitimizing recommendations; (4) parasocial relationships as amplifiers of emotional attachment and brand loyalty; and (5) consumer skepticism as an emerging critical evaluation strategy. The study demonstrates that trust remains the central mediating variable linking influencer characteristics to purchase intentions. Consumers exhibit nuanced evaluation behaviors, distinguishing between genuine advocacy and sponsored content. The research contributes theoretically by integrating Source Credibility Theory, Parasocial Interaction Theory, and the Trust-Commitment Theory within the influencer marketing context. Managerially, the findings suggest that brands should prioritize authentic, transparent, and expertise-driven influencer collaborations rather than high-volume promotional campaigns.

based on the rapid development of financial technology and e-commerce, which has influenced consumer behavior, particularly among university students, including their purchasing decisions for fashion products through paylater services. This phenomenon highlights the importance of understanding the factors that influence consumers’ decisions to use paylater services. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The sample consists of 72 respondents selected using a random sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS to test the relationships between variables. The results show that trust, income, and life style have a positive and significant effect on fashion purchase decisions using paylater. These findings are consistent with the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which states that consumer behavior is influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control.
Abstract:The development of financial technology has encouraged the transformation of the digital payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) developed…
oped by Bank Indonesia to integrate various QR code-based payment services. This payment system is expected to be able to improve transaction efficiency, speed up the payment process, and expand financial inclusion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of digital payment technology in the MSME sector still faces various challenges, both related to technological aspects, user psychological factors, and the influence of the social environment. This study aims to systematically examine the influence of constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT3) on the interest of MSMEs in using the QRIS payment system at Bank Syariah Indonesia with trust and perceived ease of use as mediation variables. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach to identify, select, and analyze relevant scientific articles in the 2020–2025 period. The literature search process produced 2,395 articles from a database of reputable scientific journals, then an elimination process was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 71 articles were obtained that were eligible for further analysis. The study stages were carried out systematically through the process of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles. The results of the study show that the main constructs in the technology acceptance model such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have an important influence on interest in using digital payment technology. In addition, additional factors such as trust and perceived ease of use have been proven to act as mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between technology construct and the intention to use QRIS by MSME actors. Trust in system security and ease of use of technology are crucial factors in increasing user confidence in digital payment services, especially in the context of Islamic banking-based financial services. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the development of a digital payment technology acceptance model based on UTAUT3 and provide practical implications for financial institutions and regulators in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSME actors. The next research is suggested to develop an empirical model with a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables more comprehensively in the context of the digital economy in Indonesia.
Abstract:This study examines the rapid expansion of the coffee shop industry in Makassar City as a phenomenon that creates not only economic opportunities but also increasing competitive saturation. As coffee shops in Makassar have…
ve developed beyond places of beverage consumption into urban social spaces linked to lifestyle, sociability, symbolic visibility, and identity formation, competition has become denser and more complex. The study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of how coffee shop owners and managers experience, interpret, and respond to this increasingly crowded market. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research employed in-depth semi-structured interviews with business actors involved in strategic and operational decision-making, supported by contextual observation and business-related documents. The findings reveal five main themes: market growth is experienced as both opportunity and pressure; similarity among coffee shops increases vulnerability and reduces perceived distinctiveness; entrepreneurs rely on continuous adaptation rather than fixed strategies; business sustainability is understood as stability, relevance, and survival rather than expansion alone; and competition is shaped not only by product and price, but also by ambience, visibility, symbolic value, and lifestyle alignment.

ariable. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric analysis to identify, map, and synthesize relevant research developments related to the quality of the service environment, modernization of fuel retail services, perceived value by consumers, and purchasing decisions. Research data was obtained from various reputable scientific articles indexed in academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar with a range of publications of the last ten years. The literature selection process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility, and inclusion using the PRISMA guidelines. Bibliometric analysis is used to map research trends, author collaboration, and keyword linkages analyzed using VOSviewer software. The results of the study show that increasing servicescape such as facility comfort, cleanliness, physical design, and the availability of supporting facilities is able to increase consumer perception of gas station services. In addition, service modernization through payment digitalization, self-service systems, and technology-based service innovations also strengthen customer experience. The combination of these two factors has been proven to increase perceived value which ultimately encourages consumers to make a decision to purchase Pertamax Series products. The findings of this study make a conceptual contribution to the development of a study of consumer behavior in the energy retail sector and provide practical implications for petrol station managers in designing strategies to improve service quality and modernize facilities to increase consumer preference for high-quality fuels.

legally at discounted prices represent an underexplored segment of circular fashion consumption. Drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Value-Based Adoption Model, this study tests a structural model in which four antecedents defect transparency, price perception, environmental consciousness, and store reputation influence purchase intention through the mediating role of perceived value. A quantitative survey was conducted with 250 consumers who visited factory outlets in Makassar. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4.0. Common Method Bias was confirmed absent using Harman's Single Factor Test and Full Collinearity VIF. Results indicate that all four antecedents positively influence perceived value, which strongly predicts purchase intention. Price perception is the dominant driver, followed by store reputation, environmental consciousness, and defect transparency. Perceived value fully mediates the effect of defect transparency and partially mediates the remaining three antecedents. These findings contribute to circular fashion consumer behavior literature and offer practical guidance for factory outlet operators in Eastern Indonesia.

ys photo-elicitation interviews to compare consumer evaluations of brand assets generated by three text-to-image tools (Midjourney, Neural Love AI, and Leonardo AI). Twelve target-market participants assessed anonymized visual sets (A/B/C) produced under a standardized prompt structure, using a semi-structured protocol informed by attention-stage cues from the AISAS model. Expert input from a visual communication design practitioner was used to triangulate judgments on visual quality and brand fit. Data were analyzed through iterative coding and thematic synthesis to identify recurring evaluation dimensions and decision cues. The findings suggest that perceived brand fit is shaped by visual realism, compositional clarity, brand-consistent signals, and message interpretability, while prompt ambiguity and inconsistent visual cues reduce credibility. The paper contributes an actionable evaluation framework expressed as evaluation dimensions and prompt-design considerations for startups seeking to deploy generative AI responsibly in brand communication
