Abstract:In recent years, the housing market has faced significant challenges, including fluctuating prices and declining sales. To solve this issue, there was an increasing need for more sophisticated methods to predict housing…
prices accurately. This study aimed to provide real estate marketers with a tool to enhance their pricing tactics and mitigate the decline in home sales by predicting house prices using machine learning techniques. Several parameters were considered in this study, such as location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, land area, building area, and number of carports. Linear regression and neural network methods were used to develop predictive models. The findings showed that the neural network method was more accurate than linear regression, which made it a better tool for real estate pricing strategies, with land area and number of carports being the most influential aspects in house price prediction.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through Perceived Organizational Support (POS) among hotel employees in Makassar City. The research is motivated by…
y the declining extra-role behaviors of employees, which affect service quality, allegedly driven by perceived procedural injustice and low organizational support. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected through questionnaires from employees of three- to five-star hotels. The results reveal that Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on both POS and OCB, directly and indirectly. Moreover, POS functions as both a mediator and a moderator, strengthening the relationship between procedural justice and OCB. The R² and Q² values indicate a high explanatory and predictive relevance, while the Goodness of Fit Index confirms the empirical adequacy of the model. These findings support the Social Exchange Theory (Blau, 1964) and Organizational Support Theory (Eisenberger et al., 1986), asserting that fairness and organizational support foster reciprocal relationships that motivate employees to engage in voluntary, extra-role behaviors. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of social exchange theory within the hospitality context and provides practical implications for hotel management to enhance procedural justice and organizational support as strategies to improve employees’ organizational citizenship behaviour.
Abstract:This research is motivated by the importance of building customer trust inencourage customer interest and decisions to save regularly at BPR Syariah, especially through strengthening personal selling marketing communication…
ion strategies and positive service experiences. The main theory underlying this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of personal selling on saving decisions, (2) the influence of customer experience on saving decisions, (3) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between personal selling and saving decisions, (4) to determine whether trust mediates the relationship between customer experience and saving decisions at BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. These findings confirm that in the context of BPR Syariah, positive customer experience is the main factor in forming trust and driving savings behavior

Abstract:This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) management planning, identify obstacles, and formulate efforts to support the digitalization of school management. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth…
depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques with the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results showed that HR planning at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli was carried out through three main steps: (1) needs analysis and preparation of technology-based teacher formation, (2) competency mapping and identification of information and communication technology (ICT) training needs, and (3) empowerment of teachers and staff through workshops, mentoring, and discussion forums. Obstacles faced included limited digital literacy among teachers and staff, unequal network access, and resistance to changes in technology-based learning methods. Efforts made by the school included providing digital literacy training, optimizing available devices and networks, utilizing offline learning applications, and creating a work culture that is adaptive to innovation. This study concluded that targeted HR planning, infrastructure support, and continuous competency development are important factors in realizing effective digital transformation in schools. These findings are expected to be useful for SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli, other educational institutions, and further researchers in developing digitalization strategies for school management.

th a global reputation. The research method used is a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and Focus Group discussions. The results of this research show that the development of partnership cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia with domestic and foreign partners includes education, research and community service. Educational activities in the form of lecturer and student exchanges, seminars, proceedings, guest lectures, visiting lecturers/professors, curriculum benchmarking. Collaboration in the field of research takes the form of joint research, joint publication, joint editor and journal reviewer. Collaboration in the field of community service takes the form of outreach activities, training, mentoring and demonstration activities related to partner needs. So far this collaboration has shown a significant positive impact. The results of the research findings can add theoretical and methodological studies to the repertoire of scientific development regarding the study of the importance of collaboration in an organization, especially for higher education institutions. The contribution of this research adds to the study of the importance of cooperation, not only for the benefit of both parties but also for having an impact on the progress of institutions and society. Contribution for educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, to continue to build partnerships and to socialize the importance of cooperation to increase institutional progress, building more networks to strengthen cooperation. t Java Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) to understand how these factors influence their level of loyalty to the company.
This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.
Abstract:This research investigates the policy landscape surrounding social entrepreneurship in Indonesia, encompassing legal and regulatory frameworks, government initiatives, and institutional support for social enterprises. The…
e study is crucial as it addresses an understudied area, aiming to inform policymakers, foster collaboration, stimulate economic development, and promote sustainable growth. The methodology involved qualitative interviews with eight social entrepreneurs across Indonesia. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques, facilitated by the MAXQDA platform. Findings indicate that despite social entrepreneurship being an emerging field in Indonesia, there is a notable lack of effective policies and regulations. Six of eight respondents perceived inadequate current regulatory support, and half cited financial challenges as a significant issue. Conversely, seven respondents acknowledged existing government assistance, suggesting a willingness to support the sector. Based on these results, key recommendations for the government to foster a supportive ecosystem include developing non-overlapping policies, implementing substantive policy changes, promoting useful policies, simplifying bureaucracy, and engaging in direct dialogue with social entrepreneurs. The research concludes that addressing these areas can empower social entrepreneurs to create lasting social impact. This study uniquely fills a gap by directly engaging social entrepreneurs, though future research should include government representatives for broader perspectives.
