One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the study indicate that the digitalization strategy has begun to be implemented through the use of technology in the learning process, the development of teachers' digital skills, and the integration of technology-based educational platforms. However, in its implementation, the school faces various obstacles, such as limited school internet (Wi-Fi) quota and low digital competence of some teachers. To overcome these obstacles, the school conducts internal training, utilizes offline learning media, and improves digital infrastructure. The conclusion of this study shows that the digitalization of school management contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, especially in terms of learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, and strengthening teacher and student competence in the digital era

Overall, improvements in the production process have been proven to have a positive impact on increasing production capacity, although not optimal. Thus, this study concludes that the increase in red brick capacity at UD. Alwin is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of production process management. Therefore, research is needed to determine the strategy for developing Arabica coffee farming businesses in Enrekang Regency by examining the analysis of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were coffee farmers and traders, determined intentionally. Data collection used in the study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the strategy applied to coffee farming is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), or is in a dynamic growth position, or is in a strength-opportunity strategy position (using strengths to take advantage of opportunities in decision making). This shows that there is an opportunity to develop Arabica coffee farming, in addition to having greater strengths compared to its weaknesses, it also has greater opportunities compared to its threats.

influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions

This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

The associative and comparative methods are used in problem formulation and hypothesis. This quantitative research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely all people are sampled, where the sample size is 65 people or all employees of the Indonesian Paulus Christian University. Data was collected through questionnaires and analysed quantitatively with the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, t-test, and f-test. The results of the hypothesis test show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on individual financial management, while lifestyle has a non-significant and negative effect on personal management. Although Lifestyle has an insignificant and negative effect, together with Financial Literacy it is stated that it has a significant positive effect on Individual Financial Management for UKI Paulus employees

Design/methodology/approach: This research tends to have a qualitative approach and uses an in-depth interview method with an interview guide. This research utilizes Nvivo 14 as the software employed for data analysis, validity testing, and drawing research conclusions. Additionally, to measure validity in this study, triangulation techniques were used.
Research Findings: The results of this research show that the development of sustainable cultural tourism in Mamasa Regency requires a careful approach to promoting and utilizing cultural uniqueness. With an effective and sustainable promotional strategy, and using cultural uniqueness as the main attraction, Mamasa Regency can position itself as a superior and attractive cultural tourism destination.
Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research seeks to identify what is needed for planning in organizing and managing the tourism sector to provide maximum contribution to the Mamasa region. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement was used as the review methodology, and a systematic review of the Google Scholar database was carried out using Publish or Perish, which identified 99 relevant studies. In this review, education is usually evaluated from two aspects: the quality and the education level. The results of this review confirm the general conclusion that education is an essential tool for poverty reduction. Through education, people acquire knowledge and skills that can be used to get better jobs and ultimately reduce poverty. Some of the recommendations are more development research to improve the quality of education, and education policies must focus on long-term investments to overcome poverty.
