Abstract:This study analyzes the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Personality (Big Five Personality Traits) on employee Organizational Commitment at UD Fatoni in Central Lombok, filling the empirical gap regarding the…
interaction of external and internal factors in the context of local SMEs prone to high turnover. The main objective is to prove the partial and simultaneous influence of both variables on employee commitment. An explanatory quantitative approach was applied with a population of 40 employees using census techniques, primary data through a valid and reliable 5-point Likert questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha >0.60), and multiple linear regression analysis via IBM SPSS 25 after the classical assumption test was met. The results showed that QWL had no significant effect partially (sig=0.253>0.05; β=0.149), while Personality had a significant positive effect (sig=0.002<0.05; β=0.604), with a strong simultaneous effect (F=8.852; sig=0.001) explaining 32.4% of the commitment variance. In conclusion, internal factors dominate loyalty in trading SMEs, providing theoretical contributions to organizational behavior models and practical implications for management in personality assessment and optimization of basic QWL for sustainable retention.
Abstract:This study aims to explore auditors' experiences in digital auditing practices, the meaning of professional ethics, and ethical dilemmas in the context of digital disruption using a phenomenological approach. The study was…
as conducted at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Surabaya, with auditors who had experience in technology-based audits as informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using a phenomenological approach supported by NVivo software. The results show that digital auditing practices are still dominated by the use of simple technologies such as Microsoft Excel for data processing, analysis, and audit documentation. Although technology increases efficiency, auditors still do not fully rely on the system and still use professional judgment to maintain the reliability of audit results. Professional ethics is understood as a primary foundation that remains valid, but is reinterpreted in the digital context, particularly related to efficiency pressures and technological risks. Ethical dilemmas arise due to time constraints, incomplete data, and client demands, so auditors tend to prioritize the sufficiency of evidence and prudence in decision-making. Overall, this study concludes that digital disruption does not change the fundamental values of auditors' professional ethics, but rather reconstructs their meaning through work experiences and professional interactions.

oys a quantitative comparative approach using quarterly financial statement data from 2024–2025. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that descriptively, most financial ratios experienced a decline, particularly in profitability and activity ratios, along with a decrease in liquidity and a slight increase in solvency. However, the Wilcoxon test results indicate that these changes are not statistically significant. These findings suggest that despite reputational pressure from the parent company’s crisis, the company’s financial performance remains relatively stable. The limited sample size is also considered a factor influencing the results

not only from economic and psychological perspectives, but also from the perspective of Islamic accounting, which emphasises balance and control over consumption. This study aims to analyse the influence of lifestyle and self-control on the consumer behaviour of Shopee PayLater users and to test the role of Islamic accounting principles as a moderating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to students and analysed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 4.1.1.6. The results indicate that lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on consumer behaviour, whilst self-control does not have a significant influence. Sharia accounting principles have a direct and significant influence on consumptive behaviour, but are unable to moderate the relationship between lifestyle or self-control and consumptive behaviour. These findings suggest that consumer behaviour is influenced more by external factors such as lifestyle and the convenience of digital services than by internal factors within the individual, and indicate that Sharia values have not yet been fully integrated into everyday life.
Abstract:This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of literature (2015-2025) on Indonesian stock market resilience to Federal Reserve monetary policy shocks. Data were collected from Google Scholar using Publish or Perish 8 with…
h relevant keywords. A total of 82 publications with 476 citations (h-index = 9) were identified. VOSviewer was used for bibliometric analysis to map keyword co-occurrence in titles and abstracts. Network visualization revealed three dominant clusters: (1) Federal Reserve monetary policy and capital flow spillovers, (2) market volatility and investor behavior, and (3) financial resilience and domestic policy responses. The overlay timeline indicated a shift from spillover and volatility issues in mid-decade to resilience topics in recent years. The literature suggests that while the Indonesian stock market remains sensitive to Fed rate changes, it has shown growing resilience due to proactive domestic policy interventions
Abstract:This study investigates factors driving purchase intention toward reject fashion products at factory outlets in Makassar, Indonesia. Reject products garments that fail manufacturer quality control standards but are sold…
legally at discounted prices represent an underexplored segment of circular fashion consumption. Drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Value-Based Adoption Model, this study tests a structural model in which four antecedents defect transparency, price perception, environmental consciousness, and store reputation influence purchase intention through the mediating role of perceived value. A quantitative survey was conducted with 250 consumers who visited factory outlets in Makassar. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4.0. Common Method Bias was confirmed absent using Harman's Single Factor Test and Full Collinearity VIF. Results indicate that all four antecedents positively influence perceived value, which strongly predicts purchase intention. Price perception is the dominant driver, followed by store reputation, environmental consciousness, and defect transparency. Perceived value fully mediates the effect of defect transparency and partially mediates the remaining three antecedents. These findings contribute to circular fashion consumer behavior literature and offer practical guidance for factory outlet operators in Eastern Indonesia.
Abstract:This study aims to examine work experience, work environment, and work culture on employee performance, both directly and through work motivation as a mediating variable. This research is based on two main grand theories,…
, namely Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Self-Determination Theory. Quantitative approach with survey method, The research population is all employees of the production division of PT Ekamas Fortuna Malang which totals 332 people. Sampling was carried out using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 179 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that all ten hypotheses proposed in this study were proven to be statistically supported. Work experience, work environment, and work culture were each proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, indicating that these three factors are relevant motivational antecedents in the context of the manufacturing industry and motivation has also been shown to mediate the relationship between these three variables. An important finding of this study is the confirmation of the dual role of work motivation, namely as a variable that directly drives employee performance as well as as a mediator that strengthens and channels the indirect influence of work experience, work environment, and work culture on performance.
Abstract:Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of health service quality and is closely related to loyalty, intention to repeat visit, and institutional reputation 1. Waiting time reflects the efficiency of the process and the…
responsiveness of services at the stages of registration, administration, and consultation which have a direct impact on the perception of quality and satisfaction 2. Literature review shows a consistent pattern: long wait times decrease satisfaction, while short, predictable wait times increase satisfaction, especially in outpatient services that have higher expectations of timeliness 3. Waiting longer than 60 minutes is associated with a significant decrease in satisfaction scores, making the management of wait time duration and variability crucial. Determining factors include queue design, health worker capacity, administrative complexity, and timeliness of doctors; Meanwhile, digital solutions (e.g. Mobile JKN) speed up the pre-visit and visit process and related to a 5.6 reduction in waiting time. This review summarizes the findings of 2015–2024, maps the determinants and mechanisms of the relationship between wait time and satisfaction, and offers managerial strategies for healthcare facilities in Indonesia and internationally 7
Abstract:This study examines work culture, job satisfaction (mediator), and leadership (moderator) as predictors of employee performance at PT Bank BJB Syariah Serang Branch, where average KPI achievement stood at only 90.5% in 2024.…
024. A census survey of all 190 employees was analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS.The results show: (1) work culture is positively associated with employee performance (β = 0.512, p < .001); (2) work culture is positively associated with job satisfaction (β = 0.991, p < .001); (3) job satisfaction is positively associated with employee performance (β = 0.160, p < .001); (4) job satisfaction partially mediates the work culture–performance relationship (β = 0.159, p < .001); and (5) leadership significantly moderates the work culture–performance relationship with a buffering effect (p < .001). This study extends JD-R Theory to faith-based organizations by demonstrating that Islamic values reshape job resources: work culture becomes a dominant predictor of satisfaction, and leadership operates as a buffering moderator through substitution mechanisms. These findings highlight the strategic importance of strengthening Islamic work culture, effective leadership, and job satisfaction as key predictors of employee performance in Islamic banking.
Abstract:The present study is a statistical hypothesis testing research aimed at examining the determinants of auditor turnover intention, specifically the influence of work motivation, workload, and time budget pressure as independent…
endent variables, with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. The research was conducted among auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in East Java. The population of the study consisted of junior and senior auditors employed at medium- and large-scale firms operating in the region. Data were collected using a survey method through primary questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the structural relationships between variables. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation negatively influences turnover intention, whereas workload and time budget pressure positively influence turnover intention. The results also show that job satisfaction moderates the relationship between work motivation and turnover intention, strengthening its negative effect. However, job satisfaction does not significantly moderate the influence of workload or time budget pressure on turnover intention. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of job satisfaction in reducing the tendency of auditors to leave their organization, especially in environments with varying levels of motivation, workload, and time pressure.
