Lubis, Erwin Junaidi, Sartika Pakpahan
Abstract: Organosol soil has a very high content, but has a low soil acidity (pH) (acidic). As well as the occurrence of very slow decomposition of organic matter. The treatment with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract, which contains… ns bioactive compounds such as bromelain enzymes, organic acids, and simple sugars, can accelerate the decomposition of organic matter and support the activity of soil microorganisms. The Local Microorganisms (MoL) applied, such as Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn., contain various functional microbes such as Lactobacillus sp., Saccharomyces sp., and Azotobacter sp., which play a role in nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilisation, and organic matter decomposition. Overall, the results of research and observations conducted on Organosol soil media treated with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract with the addition of Local Microorganisms (MoL) Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn. has been proven to effectively improve the chemical properties and fertility of Organosol soil through its role in increasing microbial activity and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. This indicates that innovations in the application of fruit and the role of local microorganisms have the potential to be developed as environmentally friendly technologies for sustainable soil management.

Diana Sari, M.Oktavianur
Abstract: This study analyzes the business model of a culinary microenterprise in Indonesia using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010). A qualitative descriptive method was employed,… utilizing in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that although the enterprise has not formally implemented a structured business model, all nine elements of the BMC are naturally reflected in its operational practices. Revenue streams arise from food and beverage sales and delivery services, supported by direct sales channels and simple promotional strategies. This study aligns with the literature highlighting the importance of BMC in strengthening MSME competitiveness (Alifiyah & Budiman, 2021; Dwisanto & Ifghaniyafi, 2024). The findings contribute to MSME development research by demonstrating the relevance of the BMC as a strategic tool for enhancing sustainability in small-scale culinary businesses.

Akbar, Aldi
Abstract: The health pandemic several years ago had a significant impact on various sectors, especially companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study was motivated by fluctuations in the price of sharia stocks or the… e Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) after the Indonesian government officially lifted the pandemic status. By combining macroeconomic and company fundamental factors with hierarchical regression analysis techniques, this study aims to identify which combination of factors influences the return on shares in this sector after the pandemic. The results show that the performance of returns on shares in the sharia sector is dominated by fundamental factors, namely Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Return on Assets (ROA). The main finding from this research is that post-pandemic, the performance of the Islamic stock sector is still dominated by corporate fundamental factors, which are efficiency and profitability. The limitation of this research lies in the data range, and it would be very interesting to continue with a longer time period. The technical contribution of this research is that it can provide an overview for investors when deciding to invest, so that they can focus more on corporate fundamental factors first.
