tisfaction, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Product Quality on the decision to buy e-commerce products. The object of research is the living community in Jabodetabek area, with a design using descriptive quantitative. The research data source is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to the population of communities who live in Jabodetabek area with the sample selection technique using random sampling of 107 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software. The research results prove that The Customer Satisfaction variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 0.174 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.862 > 0.05, it means that the Customer Satisfaction variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.The Technology Acceptance Model variable based on the statistical t value obtains a value of 2.99 > 1.96, so it can be stated that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.While based on the P-Value obtained 0.003 < 0.05, it means that the Technology Acceptance Model variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. The Product Quality variable based on the statistical t value obtained a value of 1.304 < 1.96, so it can be stated that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision. While based on the P-Value obtained 0.193 > 0.05, it means that the Product Quality variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable Buying Decision.

This study contributes to the inconsistency test between social media information quality variables and political involvement. The results of the study prove that there is an influence between the variables use of social media and political involvement. This study also concluded that most of the millennial generation use social media for 3 hours/day to seek information and communicate. The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

The population in this study were 40 employees and the sampling technique used was saturated sample, the respondents in this study were 40 contract employees, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data processing technique used the SPSS version 21 program. The analytical method used was the classical assumption test (Test Normality, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination. Based on the data that has been obtained and processed, the score for improving student learning outcomes is 0.71 which is considered effective. The improvement is classified as high and includes effective, and the average score of the practicality assessment is 4.2 which is included in the high category. This application also received a positive response from students who have used it, so the Gauss Jordan 3x3 application is suitable for use in learning and determining solutions to linear equations.

Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Work motivation does not have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.
