relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction in students at the Islamc University of Riau. Subjects in this study amounted to 100 people who are students with an age range of 19-25 years. Data collection uses a fear of missing out scale of 21 items and a social media addiction item. The analytical method used in this research is Spearman Rank Order correlation analysis. The results of statistical analysis obtained a correlation value of 0.264 (>0.05) with a significance of 0.008 (p<0.05). The result of this study obtained a value of R = 0.304 with p < 0.005 which is 0.092, this indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction in students at the Islamic University of Riau. That is, the higher the addiction to social media, the higher the fear of missing out and vice versa. The effective contribution of the social media addiction provides and active contribution of 9.2% to the fear of missing out variable while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract:This research was aimed at finding out the relationship between self-confidence and self-image with the intensity of using Instagram social media. The subjects in this research were teenagers who actively used social media…
ia Instagram as many as 105 people. The data collection tool used is the self-confidence scale, self-image scale and the intensity scale of Instagram social media use compiled with the linkert technique. The self-confidence scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.831, the self-image scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.817 and the intensity scale of using Instagram has a reliability coefficient of 0.829. Based on the results of data analysis through multivariate analysis, the correlation coefficient value is 0.680 with a sig value of 0.000, then there is a relationship between self-confidence, self-image and intensity of using Instagram.
Abstract:Stunting describes chronic malnutrition status during growth and development since early life. In the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020 - 2024, the Indonesian government set a target for the prevalence of…
f stunting in children under five to only 14% in 2024 (Presidential Decree Number 18 of 2020 concerning RPJMN 2020 - 2024). Efforts were made to see the relationship that causes stunting, non-food consumption expenditure, early marriage, proper sanitation and active posyandu. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach using logistic regression with data obtained through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2017-2021. The Wald test results show that the Non-Food Consumption Expenditure variable receives H0, meaning that there is a negative and significant influence between non-food consumption expenditure on stunting. The variables of early marriage, proper sanitation and active posyandu reject H0, which means that in this study there is a positive and significant influence on stunting. The results of the omnibus test (F) show that the calculated f value is greater than the f table (4.951 > 2.43) with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.05), so H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that non-food consumption expenditure, early marriage, proper sanitation and active posyandu simultaneously influence the stunting rate.

inable development goals. This research aims to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by Indonesian local communities in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship. The research method used is descriptive qualitative involving case studies in several tourism sites in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The research also adopted a triangulation approach to enhance data validity. The results show that Indonesian local communities face complex challenges in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship. These include a lack of understanding of the concept of sustainable tourism, a lack of entrepreneurial skills, a lack of access to capital and technology, and limited support from the government and relevant institutions. However, the study also identified a number of opportunities that local communities can take advantage of, including Indonesia's rich culture and nature, the increasing interest of tourists in sustainable tourism, as well as the active role of non-governmental organizations and the private sector in promoting sustainable tourism entrepreneurship.
Abstract:This study aimed to analyze the linguistic patterns employed by Mamah Dedeh in her lectures pertaining to the domestication of women, with a focus on assessing the language utilized. Two lectures were delivered by Mamah…
Dedeh, with each preaching having a duration of 4 minutes and 24 seconds and 3 minutes and 15 seconds, respectively. These lectures were recorded utilizing the stratified intentional sampling method amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis of the data involved the utilization of Halliday's transitivity theory and Martin and White's language evaluation theory, with the data presented in the form of transcripts of the two video lectures. The study revealed that Preaching I predominantly employed material and verbal mechanisms to communicate a message urging spouses to actively engage in domestic tasks. Consequently, as demonstrated by the second lecturer, it was established that the wife can contribute to the household's financial stability through employment.

be influenced by internal factors, one of which is empathy. The purpose of this study is to test empirically the contribution of empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on 108 respondents with certain criteria, that is active students who became teaching volunteers for at least 1 month. Data collected by distributing questionnaires containing the respondents' identities and the research scale. The scale used in this study is a helping attitude scale and an empathy scale. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the F value was 31.114; R square of 0.227 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a very significant contribution from empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers and empathy contributes to prosocial behavior by 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors outside of research.
Abstract:The development of information technology has significantly influenced information management and dissemination, including in road infrastructure. However, road condition data collection in Muara Bulian is still conducted…
d manually, resulting in ineffective data management and limited public access to accurate information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Geographic Information System (Web-GIS) for road conditions in Muara Bulian. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review for data collection. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using Python and the Flask framework, with SQLite as the database and Leaflet.js and QGIS to support interactive map visualization. The results show that the system can display road condition information through interactive digital maps, provide road location search and detailed information, support basemap switching, facilitate road data management, and generate reports. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functions operated according to the specified requirements. The Web-GIS is expected to support the government in managing road infrastructure data and facilitate public access to road condition information effectively and efficiently.
