esia include tourism facilities, tourist information, and tourism infrastructure. The aim of this research is to recognize and gather empirical evidence to draw conclusions regarding the satisfaction of foreign tourists. The research method is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 250 individuals. Data is collected through observation and a questionnaire survey. Analysis involves multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient method using SPSS 26. The findings indicate that tourism facilities, tourist information, and tourism infrastructure collectively contribute to a 90.4% influence on the satisfaction of foreign tourists. A segment of the research shows tourism facilities have no influence on tourist satisfaction and the significant positive influence of tourist information and tourism infrastructure on tourist satisfaction. Hence, it is essential to enhance and maintain these facilities.

ob satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation among J&T Express Banjarmasin employees needs to be carried out to determine their influence on the performance produced by employees for the company. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The research population consisted of 35 employees of J&T Express Banjarmasin. The sampling technique uses saturated or total samples with data collection methods via questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the value of F table in df 4 and df 30 in table F is 0.69 with a significance of 0.000. The calculated F value reached 162.808. Work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation influence employee performance simultaneously and are accepted because F count > F table and significance is 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance, shown with a significance of 0.001<0.05. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, shown with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational commitment influences employee performance as shown with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation has an effect on performance because the significance is 0.001<0.05. Compensation has a dominant influence on performance. So work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of J&T Express Banjarmasin employees partially and simultaneously. It is recommended that J&T Express Banjarmasin better manage work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and compensation in order to improve employee performance even better.

the relationship between behaviour biases and investment decisions. The study considered a cross-sectional research design. For this survey, the data have been collected through a structured questionnaire from 215 government officials of BPK RI. To analyse the validity and reliability, the Pearson correlation and Cronbach’s alpha test have been taken into account respectively. For testing the hypothesis, hierarchical regression analysis has been used in the study. The results of the study reveal that research results also show that bias herding, mental accounting, and regrets on investment decisions have a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, financial literacy on investment decisions has a negative and significant influence. Furthermore, herding bias is moderated by financial literacy on investment decisions and has a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, mental accounting bias and regret aversion are moderated by financial literacy on investment decisions and have a negative and significant influence. Based on this present research finding, the study is more productive for the government officials and policymakers at the time of making an investment portfolio for the government officials based on their behavioural biases. The study recommends that investors need training programmes, workshops and seminars that enhance financial literacy and financial knowledge of government officials which helps them to overcome behavioural biases while making an investment decision. The current study aims to explore whether several behavioural biases can affect investment decisions. Moreover, the authors would like to examine whether these associations are moderated by financial literacy. In this sense, financial literacy might also play a substantial part in the prediction of investments. The current study might be of the first study that examines the moderation effect financial literacy amongst male and female investors.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income and Transfer Fund to Fiscal Capacity Ratio in Lampung Province in 2017-2022. This study used secondary data obtained from the ministry of finance. The analysis…
nalysis tool used is multiple regression analysis of panel data using E-views 9. The results of the regression analysis of panel data with the selected model, the Random Effect Model (REM), showed that the free variable, namely Regional Original Income, had a positive and significant effect on the Fiscal Capacity Ratio and Transfer Fund negative and insignificant to the Fiscal Capacity Ratio. It is hoped that this research can help the government to further optimize the potential of PAD to create regional independence.

le regression analysis. The population in this study was 178 respondents with a sample of 119 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Manado State University. Before the test was carried out, validity and reliability tests were carried out on 30 respondents and the results showed that all instruments were valid and reliable. The classical assumption test shows that everything meets the classical assumption requirements so that hypothesis testing can be carried out. Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that the Work Motivation variable (X1) with a value of tcount > ttable (6.029 < 1.658) with a positive value. So, there is a positive influence between variable X1 on Y, or in other words Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. A significant value of 0.000<0.05 indicates that the influence value is significant. So overall the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNIMA. The research results show that the work discipline variable (X2) has a value of tcount > ttable (10.039 > 1.659) with a positive value. So, there is a positive influence between variable X1 on Y, or in other words Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that. A significant value of 0.000<0.05 indicates that the influence value is significant. So overall the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNIMA. The research results show that the value is significant at 0.0000 (sig 0.00000 < 0.05). This means showing that the regression equation obtained is reliable or that the model used is fixed. So, there is a joint or simultaneous influence between the Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables on the Work Productivity variable of employees at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNIMA
Abstract:The main goal of this study is to ascertain how poverty is affected in 16 Indonesian provinces by which is the Human Development Index, gross regional product, and minimum salaries in each province. Multiple linear regression…
ssion analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The Fixed Effect Model is the estimate technique used for panel regression models. The analysis’s findings demonstrate that the provincial minimum wage has no discernible impact on poverty, indicating that raising the minimum wage does not always translate into more prosperity or a decline in poverty. In the meantime, poverty is negatively impacted by both the Human Development Index and the Gross Regional Domestic Product, which means that poverty is significantly negatively impacted by both the HDI and GRDP.
