quotient) that exist in every human being. The research object is santri of the Manbaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, South Kalimantan, which are generally limited in terms of curriculum content that equips them with productive skills as provisions of practices in society, becoming leaders in society, as well as role models in good economic and social religious activities. The progress of a nation is mainly determined by the advancement of entrepreneurship which is marked by the presence of a high entrepreneurial spirit of individuals so that they have rich initiative and develop creativity and innovation in seeing opportunities and opportunities around them. The Islamic boarding school curriculum generally contains religious education. Educational content that provides life skills in the economic field is very limited and even very limited. In reality, when they finish their education at Islamic boarding schools, students will face highly powerful economic activities that can even create jobs for the people around them. Through a quantitative descriptive research method on 71 students in Class XI and XII with multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that self-efficacy, locus of control, need for achievement, and adversity quotient partially have a significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The most dominant influence in student entrepreneurship is the adversity quotient
Abstract:Students are required to implement their knowledge to the community, one of which is by becoming a teaching volunteer. Teaching activities carried out by students are a form of prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior can…
be influenced by internal factors, one of which is empathy. The purpose of this study is to test empirically the contribution of empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on 108 respondents with certain criteria, that is active students who became teaching volunteers for at least 1 month. Data collected by distributing questionnaires containing the respondents' identities and the research scale. The scale used in this study is a helping attitude scale and an empathy scale. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the F value was 31.114; R square of 0.227 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a very significant contribution from empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers and empathy contributes to prosocial behavior by 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors outside of research.

g the Slovin formula with a total sample of 63 respondents. Using test instruments, validity, and reliability. As well as the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis, namely t test and F test. The test results conclude that partially there is an effect of responsibility (X1) on work performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, while the effect of ability (X2) work on work performance (Y) with significant value of 0.063 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant effect on work performance. Simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect simultaneously on responsibility and work ability on employee performance at PT Catur Adiluhur Sentosa Palembang. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.711 and a determination test of 0.505 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a strong relationship. So that it can form an explanation of 50.5%, the remaining part is influenced by other variables not included in the research model, including mental abilities and attitudes.
