the relationship between behaviour biases and investment decisions. The study considered a cross-sectional research design. For this survey, the data have been collected through a structured questionnaire from 215 government officials of BPK RI. To analyse the validity and reliability, the Pearson correlation and Cronbach’s alpha test have been taken into account respectively. For testing the hypothesis, hierarchical regression analysis has been used in the study. The results of the study reveal that research results also show that bias herding, mental accounting, and regrets on investment decisions have a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, financial literacy on investment decisions has a negative and significant influence. Furthermore, herding bias is moderated by financial literacy on investment decisions and has a positive and significant influence. Meanwhile, mental accounting bias and regret aversion are moderated by financial literacy on investment decisions and have a negative and significant influence. Based on this present research finding, the study is more productive for the government officials and policymakers at the time of making an investment portfolio for the government officials based on their behavioural biases. The study recommends that investors need training programmes, workshops and seminars that enhance financial literacy and financial knowledge of government officials which helps them to overcome behavioural biases while making an investment decision. The current study aims to explore whether several behavioural biases can affect investment decisions. Moreover, the authors would like to examine whether these associations are moderated by financial literacy. In this sense, financial literacy might also play a substantial part in the prediction of investments. The current study might be of the first study that examines the moderation effect financial literacy amongst male and female investors.

ssion analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The Fixed Effect Model is the estimate technique used for panel regression models. The analysis’s findings demonstrate that the provincial minimum wage has no discernible impact on poverty, indicating that raising the minimum wage does not always translate into more prosperity or a decline in poverty. In the meantime, poverty is negatively impacted by both the Human Development Index and the Gross Regional Domestic Product, which means that poverty is significantly negatively impacted by both the HDI and GRDP.

Abstract:Indonesia is known for its rich agriculture, and rice is the staple food of the Indonesian people. The production of rice comes from rice fields, which are often managed by their owners or tenant farmers. However, not all…
l rice field owners can efficiently manage their resources, which is why they can involve rice cultivators to help them out. The relationship between the owner of the rice fields and the tenant farmers is divided into two types of cooperation: maro and mertelu. Additionally, this type of cooperation can also be carried out in dry land areas, such as coconut plantations, coffee plantations, and more. This study focuses on the actors involved in maro and mertelu agreements in Banyumas Regency, Cilacap Regency, Kebumen Regency, Banjarnegara Regency, and Purbalingga Regency. The population size of this study is unknown, but based on calculations, a minimum sample size of 97 respondents is required. The criterion for selecting respondents is that they have entered into a maro or mertelu agreement and reside in one of the aforementioned regencies. The findings of the study indicate that individuals who have entered into maro or mertelu agreements do so for a variety of reasons. These reasons include supplementing their income to meet basic and other needs, ensuring they have a job and are not unemployed, and following the orders of the landowner. Some individuals also participate in these agreements because they are unable to purchase their own rice fields and want to work in the industry, while others do so to help those in need.
