Abstract:Current technological developments have made financial services, initially confined to conventional systems, now use more financial technology services. Fintech products are usually a system built to carry out specific financial…
inancial transaction mechanisms, one of which is online lending (peer-to-peer lending). Some people choose to use peer-to-peer lending without looking at the credit interest rate and without first checking if the company is registered with the OJK or not. As a result, many default risks occur due to mistakes in analyzing peer-to-peer lending loans. As well as several fintech applications still need to be officially registered with the Financial Services Authority, resulting in people experiencing the risk of default with large loan interest. The purpose of this research is to discover the factors that influence the behavioral interest of the millennial generation in adopting online loan services. The research method used is convenient random sampling, with a total sample of 70 respondents. The results of this study show that digital marketing and social influence variables positively affect the millennial generation's interest in adopting online loan services. Meanwhile, loan interest rates have a negative impact because the lower the interest rate is given, the more people will use online loan services. Abstract:Students are required to implement their knowledge to the community, one of which is by becoming a teaching volunteer. Teaching activities carried out by students are a form of prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior can…
be influenced by internal factors, one of which is empathy. The purpose of this study is to test empirically the contribution of empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on 108 respondents with certain criteria, that is active students who became teaching volunteers for at least 1 month. Data collected by distributing questionnaires containing the respondents' identities and the research scale. The scale used in this study is a helping attitude scale and an empathy scale. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the F value was 31.114; R square of 0.227 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a very significant contribution from empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers and empathy contributes to prosocial behavior by 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors outside of research.
Abstract:This research aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of responsibility and work ability on the work performance of employees of PT Catur Adiluhur Sentosa Palembang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling using…
g the Slovin formula with a total sample of 63 respondents. Using test instruments, validity, and reliability. As well as the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis, namely t test and F test. The test results conclude that partially there is an effect of responsibility (X1) on work performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, while the effect of ability (X2) work on work performance (Y) with significant value of 0.063 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant effect on work performance. Simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect simultaneously on responsibility and work ability on employee performance at PT Catur Adiluhur Sentosa Palembang. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.711 and a determination test of 0.505 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a strong relationship. So that it can form an explanation of 50.5%, the remaining part is influenced by other variables not included in the research model, including mental abilities and attitudes.
Abstract:The scientific investigation aims to analyze the direct influence of motivation and self-confidence on teacher professionalism and teaching effectiveness, examine the direct impact of teacher professionalism on teaching…
effectiveness, and explore the indirect effect of motivation and self-confidence on teaching effectiveness through teacher professionalism at SMA Maha Putra Tello Makassar. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, using a sample of 343 respondents comprising all students at SMA Maha Putra Tello Makassar. Data collection techniques involve observation and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis employs advanced quantitative methods, with SEM-PLS as the analytical tool. The study's findings reveal that self-confidence has a significant and positive influence on teacher competence, while motivation also exhibits a significant and positive effect on teacher competence. Furthermore, professionalism has a positive and significant impact on teaching effectiveness. Moreover, it is observed that self-confidence, mediated by professionalism, positively and significantly affects teaching effectiveness, as does motivation through professionalism. These results imply that teaching effectiveness, as an indicator of teacher success, is determined by the combination of teacher self-confidence and motivation, mediated by their professionalism in delivering effective learning to students.

n the Selayar Islands Regency in 2007-2020. This study used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Manpower and Transmigration Service (DISNAKERTRANS). The data analysis model uses the TSLS (Two Stage Least Square) multiple liniear regression analysis model. The results of this study show that regional capital expenditure does not affect the absorption of labor either directly or indirectly in the Selayar Islands Regency while wages affect the absorption of labor in the Selayar Islands Regency.
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of career development and emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction. The sample in this study used a saturated…
rated sample, where all the population was sampled, but employees as leaders and researchers were not included in the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 67 employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software program. The results of this study prove that career development directly has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship, and career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so that indirectly job satisfaction can mediate career development on organizational citizenship behavior. And indirectly, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees.

it can lead to job stress and workaholic behavior. This study aims to find out and reveal whether the factors of job stress, workaholism, work engagement, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention among management employees in companies engaged in the garment industry in Indonesia. The population of this study was employees at companies engaged in the global brand garment industry (BONPRIX, C&A, H&M, etc.) in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. While the sample is part of the population who has worked in management for at least 1 year. This research is a quantitative research that collects data using the Non-Probability sampling method from July to August 2022 with a sample size of 165 people and uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data processing method. The result is that work engagement has an impact on increasing job satisfaction, workaholism can increase turnover intention, and job satisfaction can reduce turnover intention. Furthermore, work engagement can reduce the level of turnover intention and job stress can increase the turnover intention of management employees in companies engaged in the garment industry in Indonesia.
