Abstract:The Level 2 Working at Height (TKBT) training conducted by PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala produced 22 certified employees across four divisions. However, post-training recommendations from the HRD unit identified the…
absence of a periodic monitoring mechanism for certificate validity periods and personal protective equipment usage, while all record keeping remained paper-based and spreadsheet-driven. This condition creates a compliance risk against Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 9 of 2016, as expired certificates may go undetected before employees are assigned to work at height. This community service program aims to strengthen the partner's occupational safety competency certification governance through the design, implementation, and mentoring of a web-based information system. The implementation method consists of six stages: situation analysis, requirements analysis, system design, construction, socialisation and training, and operational mentoring. The system was developed using a three-tier architecture and comprises four core modules: certificate record management, automated validity notification, divisional recapitulation dashboard, and digital document archiving. Program effectiveness was measured using a pre-test and post-test design with a 20-item instrument covering four knowledge domains, analysed using normalized gain. Functional testing was conducted using the black box method, while user acceptance was measured using the System Usability Scale. The results show that participants' average knowledge score increased from 51.4 in the pre-test to 86.4 in the post-test, with a normalized gain of 0.72 categorised as high. Black box testing achieved a 90 percent success rate and the System Usability Scale score reached 82.5, indicating good user acceptance.
Background: Social anxiety is considered a mental health concern that may hinder many adolescents from interacting and adapting to their environment. One factor associated with the emergence of social anxiety is body image, which refers to an individual's perception of their body shape and appearance. However, many adolescents still experience low self-confidence, worry about others' judgments, and tend to avoid social situations. Based on these conditions, further research is needed to examine body image and social anxiety among tenth-grade students at SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 190 respondents were included, and data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. Results: Most respondents were in the middle adolescent period (94.7%) and were female (71.6%). The majority of respondents had a negative body image, accounting for 111 respondents (58.4%), while 75 respondents (39.5%) experienced high levels of social anxiety. The Spearman Rank analysis showed a strong negative correlation (r = -0.728; p = 0.000). Conclusion: Adolescents' perceptions of their physical condition, body shape, and appearance have a strong, inverse, and significant association with the level of anxiety experienced when interacting in social environments. Among tenth-grade students at SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang, increasingly negative perceptions of oneself and one's physical appearance may be associated with greater feelings of worry, low self-confidence, discomfort, and fear of negative evaluation by others. These conditions may cause adolescents to experience greater anxiety when meeting, communicating, and interacting with people in their surroundings. Conversely, adolescents with more positive perceptions and greater acceptance of their physical appearance tend to experience lower levels of anxiety in various social situations.

af flour substitution on the organoleptic characteristics, iron content, and proximate composition of dange cake and to determine the best formulation. An experimental study using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was conducted with four formulations: F1 (0 g), F2 (12 g), F3 (25 g), and F4 (37 g) Moringa leaf flour. Organoleptic testing used a 1–5 hedonic scale involving 30 untrained adolescent-girl panelists. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test because the organoleptic data were not normally distributed. The results showed no significant differences in color (p=0.543), aroma (p=0.067), or texture (p=0.085), whereas taste differed significantly (p<0.001). F2 had the highest mean rank for color (67.10), aroma (70.73), taste (82.27), and texture (68.70), and was therefore selected as the best formulation. Laboratory analysis of F2 showed protein 5.16%, fat 4.04%, carbohydrate 63.35%, moisture 23.75%, ash 1.70%, crude fiber 4.65%, and iron 17.10 mg/g as reported in the research results. The findings indicate that dange cake with 12 g Moringa leaf flour substitution has good sensory acceptance and potential to be developed as an iron-rich snack to support anemia prevention among adolescent girls.

The survey results showed an index value of 3.5 or equivalent to 88%, with service quality categorized as "Good". These results confirm that the Jambi Fuel Terminal CSR program has been running effectively, providing real benefits to the community, and is in line with ESG principles and the achievement of the SDGs.
Abstract:This study explores the application of Reality Therapy using the WDEP (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) technique to improve self-esteem among People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at the Panti Sosial Bina Insan Bangun…
Daya II in East Jakarta. As PLWHA often face stigma, rejection, and psychological distress, self-esteem becomes a crucial component for mental resilience and social reintegration. This quasi-experimental research employed a pre-test and post-test control group design, involving five selected participants diagnosed with HIV/AIDS aged 18 and above. The intervention consisted of ten group counseling sessions focusing on helping participants identify their goals, assess current behaviors, and plan realistic strategies for change. Self-esteem levels were measured using the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Pre-test results indicated low levels of self-esteem, with an average score of 31. Following the intervention, the post-test average rose to 48, signifying a 54% improvement and placing participants in the high self-esteem category. Qualitative observations during therapy sessions revealed significant behavioral transformations, including increased emotional regulation, social interaction, self-acceptance, responsibility, and future orientation. The findings demonstrate that Reality Therapy with WDEP is an effective, culturally adaptable approach to psychological rehabilitation in institutional settings. It not only enhances self-esteem but also empowers PLWHA to rebuild their sense of self-worth, establish supportive relationships, and envision a hopeful future. The study contributes to expanding evidence-based psychosocial interventions for marginalized populations in Indonesia.
Abstract:This study aims to understand how price sensitivity and limited purchasing power of students affect their purchasing decisions, and how service quality can play a role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This…
s study is a quantitative study using a causal-comparative approach. This sampling is done using a purposive sampling technique. The researcher aims to collect data from 189 respondents with different backgrounds and characteristics. This research method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The first hypothesis in this study is accepted because there is a positive influence between discounts on purchasing decisions. The second hypothesis can also be accepted because there is a positive influence between service quality on purchasing decisions. Price reductions in the form of discounts can increase the attractiveness of a product, make it more affordable, and motivate consumers to buy the product compared to products with normal prices. Quality service can increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately encourages consumers to make purchases. Consumers tend to prefer companies that provide a satisfying service experience because they feel appreciated and cared for. Good service quality will also increase consumer trust in the company, which is a key factor in making purchasing decisions. The limitations of this study were only conducted on students at Yogyakarta State University, so the results may not fully represent the general population of Grab Food users. Researchers examined discounts and service quality as independent variables. The data collected may only reflect conditions at a certain time. Respondents who are students may provide biased answers, especially if they feel that the questions in the questionnaire are too directed or less relevant.

nship between gratitude and resilience. Participants in this study were 150 workers who were laid off due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was a resilience scale that refers to the resilience aspect proposed by Connor and Davidson (2003) and a gratitude scale that refers to the gratitude aspect proposed by According to McCullough, Emmons and Tsang (2002). Hypothesis testing was carried out using Pearson's product moment correlation analysis. The results of the person's product moment correlation showed a value of r = 0.638 with a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between gratitude and resilience. Thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
Abstract:This research uses a case study methodology to examine the social interactions of early adult women raised in single-parent households where the father figure has been absent since childhood. Data were collected through…
interviews, observations, and field notes. The study reveals that the informants had strong attachments to their fathers and experienced deep grief upon their fathers' deaths, which led to social withdrawal and reluctance to engage with the opposite sex. The absence of a father figure significantly impacted the informants' social development, particularly in forming relationships with the opposite sex. Informants expressed feelings of loss and were reluctant to open up to others, especially men, due to their grief and a sense of abandonment. Despite these challenges, the informants eventually adapted by accepting the reality of their father’s death, finding comfort in spiritual growth and learning to accept themselves. This study highlights the long-lasting effects of father absence on social behaviors, particularly in early adulthood, and how these individuals navigate their relationships with others.

Abstract:Feelings of inferiority represent a significant psycho-social issue for individuals, often leading to difficulties in decision-making, hesitancy, a lack of assertiveness, withdrawal, and heightened emotional sensitivity.…
These challenges are particularly prevalent among adolescents, who frequently compare themselves to others in their environment. Body dissatisfaction emerges when adolescents compare their actual body to an idealized version and struggle to accept their current appearance. One factor influencing body dissatisfaction is self-compassion, which can either mitigate or exacerbate these feelings. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-compassion and body dissatisfaction among students of the Faculty of Psychology at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. Using convenience sampling, 100 students participated in the study. The findings indicate a significant negative correlation between self-compassion and body dissatisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of r = -0.803*** and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).
