s study is based on the importance of improving the performance of the apparatus in providing effective, responsive, and quality public services. Work compliance is seen as the attitude of the apparatus in obeying applicable rules, procedures, discipline, and work standards, while work motivation reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness of the apparatus to complete tasks. The population in this study is all apparatus in the agency, with a sample of 59 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 23.00. The results of the study show that work compliance has a positive and significant effect on the work results of the apparatus. This means that the higher the level of compliance of the apparatus with work rules and procedures, the better the work results achieved. Meanwhile, work encouragement has a positive but insignificant effect on the work results of the apparatus. These findings show that work motivation needs to be supported by a conducive work system, supervision, and organizational environment in order to be able to improve performance optimally. The implication is that agencies need to strengthen the culture of discipline and design a more targeted motivation strategy according to the needs of public service apparatus in a sustainable manner in the region

Home gardens not only function as areas that provide beauty and coolness, but also as productive land that supports national food security by empowering local potential, both in rural and urban areas. Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

Design/methodology/approach: This research tends to have a qualitative approach and uses an in-depth interview method with an interview guide. This research utilizes Nvivo 14 as the software employed for data analysis, validity testing, and drawing research conclusions. Additionally, to measure validity in this study, triangulation techniques were used.
Research Findings: The results of this research show that the development of sustainable cultural tourism in Mamasa Regency requires a careful approach to promoting and utilizing cultural uniqueness. With an effective and sustainable promotional strategy, and using cultural uniqueness as the main attraction, Mamasa Regency can position itself as a superior and attractive cultural tourism destination.
Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research seeks to identify what is needed for planning in organizing and managing the tourism sector to provide maximum contribution to the Mamasa region. Therefore, two aspects are examined: promotion strategies and distinctiveness in the development of cultural tourism.

The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. the findings reveal nuanced relationships between key indicators of MFI performance and GDP growth. Notably, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) show an unexpected positive relationship with GDP growth, highlighting the Cambodian microfinance sector's resilience in mitigating adverse effects through sustained economic activity. Inflation is also positively associated with GDP growth, suggesting that moderate inflation can drive economic expansion, though careful management is necessary to avoid destabilization. Conversely, the study finds a negative relationship between the number of MFIs and GDP growth, indicating potential inefficiencies from sector oversaturation. Lastly, a positive link between Return on Equity (ROE) and GDP growth underscores the importance of profitability in ensuring financial stability and economic development. The findings emphasize the need for policy measures to manage sector growth, maintain moderate inflation, and enhance MFI profitability for sustainable economic progress in Cambodia.
