Safira Sekar Putri, Azzahra, Hutabarat, Amadea, Vania Trixie, Intan, Sovitriana, Rilla
Abstract: Raising school-aged children is one of the challenging tasks for mothers, so if a mother is unable to cope with these challenges, she is vulnerable to experiencing parenting stress. This is also felt by housewives in SD… X Cianjur City who accompanied their children aged 6-8 years old. In addition to having to accompany children to optimally study, because this age is a stage of transition from learning by playing to a more academic learning period, mothers also have regular domestic tasks that have to be done. These tasks cause mothers to be careless and prone to stress. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data on the causality of mindful parenting on parenting stress in distance learning. This study had 78 participants, and the measuring instrument used to measure mindful parenting was Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (MIPQ) with 0.937 reliability. As for measuring parenting stress, the researchers used the Parental Stress Scale (PSS) with 0.965 reliability. The researcher used a simple linear regression test statistical technique with a regression coefficient of -.628 and a determination coefficient of 68.2%. These results show that if the mother has low mindful parenting behavior, it will cause high parenting stress.

Matofani, Maya, Hartati, Sri, Septyani, Devia
Abstract: This study explores the application of the Value-Based Management (VBM) approach in analyzing the financial efficiency of renewable energy projects. As the global demand for clean and sustainable energy increases, renewable… ble energy projects play a strategic role in the energy transition but are often faced with challenges of large initial investment, technological risks, and regulatory uncertainty. The results show that the application of VBM in evaluating renewable energy projects can improve the quality of investment decision making by considering both financial and non-financial aspects holistically. VBM encourages companies to be more selective and strategic in choosing projects that are not only economically feasible, but also socially and environmentally sustainable. In addition, this approach provides a strong framework for aligning managerial objectives with shareholder interests, improving corporate governance, and strengthening transparency in the process of evaluating and reporting project performance.

Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Pasar Untuk Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisata Religi Patung Yesus Buntu Burake Di Tana Toraja

Karlina Karrin, Mey Enggane Limbongan, Olivia D.Y. Pompeng
This study aims to analyze the market development strategy implemented to overcome the stagnation of tourist visits (under 50,000 visitors per year) caused by market saturation at the religious tourism object of the Jesus Statue Buntu Burake in Tana Toraja. The religious tourism industry in Indonesia has great potential, yet many destinations face challenges in maintaining and increasing visitor numbers due to increasingly intense competition and changing consumer behavior. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of tourism site managers (Tourism Office) and tourists selected purposively. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the current market development strategy is still in a transitional phase and has not operated optimally. Destination promotion is still heavily dominated by organic content (digital word-of-mouth) voluntarily uploaded by visitors on visual social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, while official paid advertisements and strategic partnerships with large-scale travel agencies remain highly limited. Furthermore, the study identifies a gap between the core attraction, which is rated highly satisfying, and the quality of supporting service infrastructure that still requires standardization, including road accessibility, toilet cleanliness, availability of trash bins, and the lack of Muslim-friendly facilities, particularly the certainty of halal culinary options. This study concludes that the market development strategy requires shifting from a passive promotion approach to a structured paid digital marketing campaign, expanding geographical and demographic market segments, and upgrading operational facilities to create sustainable visitor satisfaction.

Neurodiversity in Human Resource Management: A Bibliometric Analysis and Research Agenda for Indonesia

Rahmawati, Andi
Abstract: Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective… erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.

Governing Food Security in The Low-Carbon Transition: A SEM Analysis of Sustainable Industrialization, Sustainable Remediation, and Circular Supply Chain Governance

Prananta, Arie Wahyu, Suyadnya, I Wayan, Kusumawardana, Indra Jaya, Abidin, Zainal
Abstract: Food security in the low-carbon transition is increasingly shaped by industrial decarbonization, environmental restoration, and circular supply-chain coordination, yet these domains are often modeled as separate sustainability… bility agendas. This study addresses the gap by developing a governance-centered structural equation model that links sustainable industrialization, sustainable remediation, circular supply chain governance, and food-security outcomes. Using the available 455-response dataset, the empirical test operationalizes industrialization intensity (IND) as a proxy for sustainable industrialization, digital-institutional capability (DIC) as a proxy for circular governance capability, and social-economic resilience (SER) as a proxy for food-system security. Confirmatory factor analysis supports the measurement model: standardized loadings range from .778 to .849 for IND, .804 to .835 for DIC, and .800 to .843 for SER; CR values range from .901 to .914; AVE ranges from .646 to .681; and model fit is acceptable (chi-square/df = 2.108, CFI = .961, TLI = .951, RMSEA = .049, SRMR = .038). The SEM results show that IND significantly predicts DIC (beta = .537, p < .001), DIC predicts SER (beta = .424, p < .001), and IND retains a direct effect on SER (beta = .337, p < .001). The indirect effect is significant (beta = .228, 95% CI [.178, .282]). The article contributes a cautious, data-grounded framework for analyzing food security as a governance-mediated outcome of low-carbon industrial transition.
