This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Company Value, with Financial Performance acting as a moderating variable. Specifically, the research focuses on companies listed in JII in 2019, providing insights into how GCG and ISR disclosures impact investor perceptions and firm valuation in the context of sharia-compliant investments. Employing quantitative methods, this research analyzes secondary data obtained from annual financial reports available on the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The findings will contribute to understanding the role of ISR and GCG in enhancing Company Value and how Financial Performance influences this relationship, offering valuable insights for stakeholders, investors, and policymakers aiming to strengthen the sharia finance sector in Indonesia.

In contrast, "Circular Economy" has significantly lower search volumes, even in metropolitan areas, suggesting that this concept is relatively new. Interest in "Waste Management" varies, with higher volumes in South East Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, and Central Sulawesi, highlighting the importance of waste management but also the need for better policy and infrastructure support. "Waste Reduction" has the lowest search volume, indicating the need for intensive educational efforts. Geographical analysis shows significant regional differences, with high-interest areas serving as education centers and low-interest areas needing targeted interventions. This study underscores the necessity for robust educational campaigns, supportive policies, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the adoption of circular economy practices. The urgency of this research lies in the need to understand the ever-changing dynamics of digital marketing and assess the potential of daily vlogs as an innovative marketing tool in the film industry. Utilizing a qualitative methodology with a field study approach, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and content analysis from the Official Agak Laen social media, as well as secondary sources such as reports and relevant literature. The study's findings reveal: First, the "Social Media Marketing Model of the Film Agak Laen" demonstrates that the integration of daily vlogs into the marketing strategy allows for deeper and more personal interactions with the audience, enhancing engagement and supporting the viral spread of content. Second, "Critique of Marketing Communication for Daily Vlog Film 'Agak Laen'" discusses the challenges faced, including the risk of over-saturation and audience skepticism towards aggressively promoted content. The study identifies that although daily vlogs are an effective tool for increasing visibility and engagement, this approach requires high authenticity and strategic management to avoid potential negative effects such as content fatigue among the audience. The recommendations include enhancing content personalization, utilizing audience analytics for better targeting, and balancing between promotion and providing added value to viewers.

The organizational performance of the National Unity and Political Agency of Central Sulawesi Province in 2020 to 2022 received a weight below that determined by the Regional Inspectorate of Central Sulawesi Province with a value in 2020 of 9.25%, in 2021 of 9.25% and in 2022 of 22. 5%. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Millennial Generation ASN in the National Unity and Political Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, by emphasizing performance indicators according to Robbins, namely, Work Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Effectiveness, Independence, and Commitment. The data used are primary and secondary data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques that researchers carry out are data condensation, data presentation and describing and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of the Millennial Generation ASN in the National Unity and Political Agency of Central Sulawesi Province based on the indicator assessment from Robbins can be said to be good with the target being implemented optimally. However, what makes organizational performance low is because there are several obstacles, one of which is that the number of ASNs is not commensurate with the organization's workload.

Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software, including various statistical tests to assess validity, reliability, and using coefficient of determination testing, multiple linear regression, F test, and T test. The results of the research indicate that: 1) Product quality has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Ayam Bakar Honey Lampung branch. This study utilized a qualitative approach with data collection techniques involving interviews, observations, and documentation with stakeholders such as the Social Affairs Office, village heads, community leaders, and related institutions to assess the strategies and evaluations conducted. The research findings show that communication strategies through direct meetings, print media, and social media have been successful in disseminating program information. Collaborations with village heads, community leaders, and a well-organized bureaucratic structure demonstrate strong efforts in supporting the program. However, the evaluation of concrete actions by the Social Affairs Office concerning preventive, repressive, rehabilitative, and reintegrative efforts needs further attention. In conclusion, there is a need for a focus on evaluating concrete actions and improvements in social evaluation strategies to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the Coastal Community Empowerment Program in Labean Village.

The equipment used by researchers includes interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document recording. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model is the main basis for evaluating education policies. This model is comprehensive and can be applied to policy aspects, from curriculum to institutional policy. The evaluation results show that the achievement of National Education Standards at Parigi Moutong Regency Elementary School is still not optimal. Factors such as community participation, limited facilities, low teacher innovation, and school principal management that is not yet optimal are the main obstacles. Learning processes that are less innovative and weak management of school principals are also a concern. Educational products, such as low AKM results and the lack of development of information technology and an independent learning curriculum, are important highlights in assessing the quality of graduates and human resources for teaching staff.

These lectures were recorded utilizing the stratified intentional sampling method amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis of the data involved the utilization of Halliday's transitivity theory and Martin and White's language evaluation theory, with the data presented in the form of transcripts of the two video lectures. The study revealed that Preaching I predominantly employed material and verbal mechanisms to communicate a message urging spouses to actively engage in domestic tasks. Consequently, as demonstrated by the second lecturer, it was established that the wife can contribute to the household's financial stability through employment.
