ariable. The quantitative method was employed with a population of 190 ASN employees, and a sample of 127 ASN. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The research findings indicate a positive and significant influence of Effectiveness, TPP, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the performance of ASN in the Medan City Health Service. Additionally, there is a positive and significant impact of Effectiveness, TPP, and Work Motivation on the performance of ASN moderated by Work Discipline. The conclusion drawn from this research is that Work Discipline has the most significant influence on the performance of ASN, while TPP has the least impact. Recommendations involve enhancing focus on developing Work Discipline to significantly improve employee performance. Despite TPP having the smallest impact, strategic considerations are still necessary in incentive management to maintain employee motivation.
Abstract:Medical crimes are a complex issue in the criminal justice system in Indonesia. The concept of resolving medical crimes needs to be seen from a Restorative Justice perspective to create a more holistic and fair approach.…

tions. In this research, the validity of the data was strengthened through various techniques such as extended participation, careful observation, triangulation, peer checking, and case analysis. The equipment used by researchers includes interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document recording. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model is the main basis for evaluating education policies. This model is comprehensive and can be applied to policy aspects, from curriculum to institutional policy. The evaluation results show that the achievement of National Education Standards at Parigi Moutong Regency Elementary School is still not optimal. Factors such as community participation, limited facilities, low teacher innovation, and school principal management that is not yet optimal are the main obstacles. Learning processes that are less innovative and weak management of school principals are also a concern. Educational products, such as low AKM results and the lack of development of information technology and an independent learning curriculum, are important highlights in assessing the quality of graduates and human resources for teaching staff.

onal health services. The right to health is a human right recognized by various international legal instruments, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The right to health is a fundamental right, because it is a prerequisite for the fulfillment of other human rights. The national health service law in Indonesia mandates that everyone has the right to health. However, in practice, there are still many people who cannot access quality and affordable health services. This is caused by various factors, including limited resources, lack of public awareness about the importance of health, and discrimination against vulnerable groups. Increasing the legal legitimacy of national health services can be done through various efforts, including: a) Disseminating information about the law: The government needs to socialize and educate the public about the laws governing national health services; b) Improving the quality of health services: The government needs to improve the quality of health services, both in terms of availability, affordability and quality; c) Increasing the accessibility of health services: The government needs to increase the accessibility of health services, so that people can easily access the health services they need; and d) Increasing the legal legitimacy of national health services is important for realizing the right to health for all citizens.

cordance with applicable regulations. The main theory used as a reference in this research is Agus Dwiyanto's theory, including; (1) Productivity, (2) Service Quality, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Responsibility (5) Accountability This research method uses a descriptive – qualitative approach. The location of this research was in Pesaku Village, West Dolo District, Sigi Regency, with 5 informants selected purposively. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Based on the research results, the number of people receiving direct cash assistance does not match the existing data, the village government is also unable to provide optimal services because the quality provided by the village government is still very low, influenced by the responsibility aspect which is not yet running well because there are still tools villages that do not carry out discipline according to the rules so that the accountability of the village government is still very low so that optimal services to break the chain of poverty and improve the welfare of the village community have not been implemented optimally.
Abstract:The main goal of this study is to ascertain how poverty is affected in 16 Indonesian provinces by which is the Human Development Index, gross regional product, and minimum salaries in each province. Multiple linear regression…
ssion analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The Fixed Effect Model is the estimate technique used for panel regression models. The analysis’s findings demonstrate that the provincial minimum wage has no discernible impact on poverty, indicating that raising the minimum wage does not always translate into more prosperity or a decline in poverty. In the meantime, poverty is negatively impacted by both the Human Development Index and the Gross Regional Domestic Product, which means that poverty is significantly negatively impacted by both the HDI and GRDP.
Abstract:The direct cash assistance (BLT) program was implemented as a response to the increase in world fuel prices at that time, and the main aim of this program was to help poor people continue to meet their daily needs for welfare.…
lfare. The BLT program is a priority for the central government and regional governments by selecting potential recipients and distributing the Direct Cash Assistance program to regions selectively and objectively to avoid public dissatisfaction and causing injustice during the implementation process. This BLT program is expected to be able to improve the welfare of the poor in Indonesia, especially in North Morowali Regency. To find out how the BLT program policy was implemented in North Morowali Regency, researchers used Edward III's theory to look at aspects of communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The informant selection technique uses a purposive technique. From field research, the BLT program has contributed to the economic lives of poor communities in North Morowali Regency, especially pregnant women and schoolchildren. Implementation of the Family Hope Program (BLT) policy in North Morowali district has not been effective. There are still shortcomings in several aspects. Among them is the resource aspect; the resource aspect in question is human resources. This is because there are still several field assistants (PKH assistants) in certain villages who do not have adequate qualifications, which has an impact on implementation. The second aspect is the bureaucratic structure. Which is related to standard operating procedures. Other aspects that have been implemented well are the communication aspect and the disposition aspect.
Abstract:Signposts are designed to give information to the public. It has been observed that most signposts have a lot of text which makes it difficult and boring to read, especially when the viewer is in a car. There are no instances…
ances where information on a signpost and sculpture are put together in a single work of art. The main objective of the study is to design and fabricate a sculptural signpost to give information and also incorporate art for its aesthetics. The study adopted studio-based research under qualitative research design. The research instrument used in data collection was observation and photographs. The findings of the research show that metal forming techniques such as forging, forming and welding could be incorporated in a sculptural signpost for conveyance of message to the public. The study recommends reaching out and collaborating with other artists and sculptors to promote the incorporation of sculpture into signposts.
Abstract:Garbage in Indonesia is a serious problem that has social, economic and cultural impacts. Waste management in almost all cities in Indonesia is experiencing problems, mainly due to the lack of Final Processing Sites (TPA).…
). As a result, people often throw garbage in rivers, ditches, rivers and the sea. With a population that is in the top 10 in the world, Indonesia's waste production reached 65 million tons in 2016. Garbage causes various problems in society, including natural disasters such as floods. The lack of public awareness in disposing of waste in the appropriate place, as well as the lack of selection and recycling of waste, has an impact on natural disasters and damaged environment. The government needs to learn from the experience of the disaster and take preventive steps. The responsibility for waste management lies not only with the community, but also with the local government. The government needs to regulate and inform the public about proper waste management, as well as provide facilities that assist in waste management. The scale of waste management is carried out through the collection, transfer, processing and transportation of waste to the TPA. With population growth and regional development, the amount of waste generated is increasing. To maintain environmental sustainability, it is necessary to limit and reduce waste generation. Waste can also be turned into a resource through recycling and reuse. Therefore, the government makes national policies and strategies as well as guidelines for local governments in managing household waste and the like. Manado City refers to Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021 in waste management. However, the volume of waste in Manado City continues to increase along with the rapid population growth. Limited garbage collection vehicles have caused some waste to go unmanaged and accumulate in rivers, drainages and other places. Lack of trash bins, delays in transporting waste from TPS to TPA, and poor TPA management are also problems. Research shows that there are several violations in waste management in Manado, such as a lack of public awareness in disposing of waste, the minimum number of garbage collection fleets, and delays in waste transportation. Garbage is still scattered in various corners of the city, including the coast and rivers. TPA management is also not optimal, causing public health and hygiene to be disrupted. Public awareness to dispose of garbage at the specified time is still lacking. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to increase public awareness, improve waste collection facilities and fleets, and improve the effective management of landfills. With these steps, it is hoped that waste management in Indonesia, especially in Manado City, can reduce its negative impact and become more sustainable.
