. Penelitian ini membahas pengunaan powtoon sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi puisi kelas IV. Media pembelajaran powtoon akan digunakan pada saat penelitian, untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan aktivitas pengunaan media powtoon pada pembelajaran puisi kelas IV. model pembelajaran discovery learning adalah model pembelajaran yang tujuan nya yaitu menemukan hal bermakna dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Model pembelajaran ini seusai dengan permasalahan yang penulis angkat dalam penelitian ini. Prosedur pelaksaanaan penelitian Tindakan ini terdiri dari tiga siklus masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perubahan yang dicapai seprti yang sudah didesain dalam faktor-faktor yang diselidiki untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan media powtoon di SDN 1 Purwawinangun dilakukan observasi terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru,selain itu diadakan diskusi antara guru sebagai peneliti dengan para pengamat sebagai kolaborator dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan kriteria kelas IV akan dipilih dua sampel kelas terdiri dari kelas PTK berjumlah 30 siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik yang dibutuhkan. Penerapan Media Powtoon dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat diterapkan dengan baik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pada siklus I sebesar 74,4% dengan kriteria penilaian Baik, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II didapat nilai sebesar 89,71% dengan kriteria penilaian Sangat Baik.

in various aspects of education, from administration, personalized learning, to evaluating learning outcomes. The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

Data were analyzed with chi-square test. pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. Jawa Barat, terus berupaya mengimplementasikan berbagai inisiatif berbasis TI untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, kualitas pelayanan publik, transparansi, serta keterlibatan komunitas lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan tata kelola TI dalam mendukung pembangunan kapasitas di Kota Bekasi dengan menyoroti aspek kebijakan, infrastruktur, literasi digital masyarakat, keterlibatan perangkat lokal seperti RT/RW, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara, survei kebutuhan, dan observasi terhadap program TI, termasuk analisis peran smart city dalam mendukung tata kelola berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bekasi telah menunjukkan kemajuan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti implementasi aplikasi e-government dan peningkatan partisipasi perangkat RT/RW dalam pelayanan publik. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur digital di beberapa wilayah, rendahnya tingkat literasi digital masyarakat, dan kurangnya kolaborasi strategis antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas lokal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan infrastruktur TI, penyelenggaraan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi aparat pemerintahan dan perangkat RT/RW, serta perluasan kerja sama lintas sektor untuk mempercepat transformasi digital dan pembangunan kapasitas secara berkelanjutan.

Pertanggungjawaban hukum bagi pejabat daerah yang menerima gratifikasi dalam pelayanan publik sanagt penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pertanggungjawaban pejabat daerah yang terlibat gratifikasi serta peran penegak hukum dalam meminimalisir adanya gratifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (Actual Approve). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gratifikasi sudah dianggap sebagai bentuk suap. Lemahnya pengawasan secara internal juga menjadi faktor utama gratifikasi terjadi. Pelanggaran seperti ini mengakibatkan prinsip good governance menjadi tercoreng. Dapat ditarik menjadi kesimpulan bahwa peraturan yang sudah ada terkait gratifikasi masih terdapat kelemahan atau celah yang dimanfaatkan pelaku. Reformasi hukum dan peningkatan kesadaran menjadi kunci untuk mencipatakan penegakan hukum yang lebih adil dan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengatasi gratifikasi dalam pelayanan publik dengan memperkuat sitem pengawasan di setiap instansi pemerintah serta meningkatkan pelatihan bagi pejabat daerah mengenai hukum antikorupsi.

The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies.
